So I had had a TED talk about stress, there is no problem that stress is always with you, but
Listen to me, stress can be your friend. When I hadn’t participated in this TED talk, I always think that
stress is a “criminal “ which kills many people or make people feel depressed or unwilling to listen or
play with others. But Kate gave us a new idea, let stress be your friend . I was a bit confused, that
why I need to make friends with stress, but Kate gave a great evidence to strengthen her topic, that
about 30% of people who thinks stress as enemies will get health problems or even deaths. She put
on another evidence to strengthen her prove, that is people who don’t think stress is enemies
usually have a better control and conditions.

Yeah, there is no doubts that stress always will be with you but when u treat them as friends, you
can turn stress into a power to push yourself to achieve the things or goals, as Kate is a profession
Mental doctor, which approached more than 30000 patients every year.

Kate also tells a small conclusion, that stress is always with you but think an another way, stress can
push you to achieve your goals, think stress as your friends because stress will be always with you,
there are many stress types, either from yourself and outer pressure, but you can change it into a
push, think positive, do positive.
