• One month Prior to Departure: Participants should pay P500/person down payment, the remaining 50% less P500 must be settled 1 week after reservation
while the remaining balance should be STRICTLY settled 1 week or 7 days before scheduled departure (applicable for Joiner Tours only); Two (2) Weeks Prior
to Departure: Participants should pay 50% down payment of the total amount of package while the remaining balance should be STRICTLY settled 1 week or
7 days before scheduled departure (applicable for Joiner Tours only); One (1) week Prior to Departure: Full payment is required.

• Participants should patiently wait for the confirmation of the team and tour voucher within 2 working days.
• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same trip (applicable for domestic land arrangement only)
• Exclusive tour may select their own travel dates.

• Sarah Lea Travel and Tours has the right to cancel the tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants (applicable for domestic Luzon
land arrangement only). For such instances, you may reschedule your reservation, we may transfer you to our affiliated travel agencies only or we may offer a
full refund.
• Latecomers will be given 30mins allowance time. Sarah Lea Travel and Tours has the right to depart without waiting for other late participants. No
rescheduling and No refunds will be given for late and no-show participants and will render the voucher forfeited.
• Meet up point at SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City, for Luzon Destination via van transfer. A surcharge will strictly apply for request of pick-up regardless of Joiner/
