3. Booking should be made not less than 24 hours prior to the tour. Seat is subject to availability
upon confirmation.
4. To confirm reservations, 500 deposit is required which is deductible from the full amount.
5. All payment types are transferrable and rebookable but non-refundable, unless cancelled by the
tour operator. At least 72 hours (3 days) notice is required for any booking changes. Otherwise,
“NO SHOW” applies, which is equivalent to full amount paid.
6. While we exert all effort to ensure safety and security of all participants, clients agree that Sarah
Lea Travel & Tours Inc. will not be responsible to loss of things/ damages/ accidents due to
negligence, acts of nature, or other external conditions beyond the control of the company.
7. While we exert all efforts to ensure smooth flow of tour, clients agree that we shall not be
responsible for any delays or changes of the itinerary due to road conditions, due to force of
nature, rallies or other external conditions beyond the control of the company.
8. Schedules may be moved with notice at least 20 days prior to date of tour and is subject to
availability.
9. For Mt. Pulag climb, as much we update ourselves with weather forecast, weather at the summit
is really unpredictable. Hence, we cannot guarantee a perfect sunrise nor sea of clouds.
Nonetheless, we will help you ENJOY THE JOURNEY!
