 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Meeting point at Sanur Harbour at 07.00 Am.
2 Price category based on age
a. Under 3 years old will be categorized as an infant and free of charged.
b. Ages between 3 to 10 years old are categorized as children and given a price of IDR 255K/Pax
for land tour and IDR 130K/Pax for snorkeling package.
c. Over 10 years old will be categorized as an adult and charged the net adult price.
3 Price above not include :
a. Photo both in Tree house and Paluang cliff will charge on personal account.
b. Dinner in Nusa Penida.
4 Payment
a. Payment can be made via bank account transfer.
b. Payment must be paid at least one week after the departure date.
c. If there is a new booking, we will confirm when the payment is complete or settled.
5 Cancellation
a. If there is a cancellation on the day of departure, 50 % of the total price will be charge.
6 We are not responsible for damage to any electronic equipment (Mobile phone,Laptop,
Camera,etc).
7 Other Conditions
a. This agreement will valid between.
b. Valid at the moment until.
c. Tour guide or Tour leader is free of charged.
d. If petrol of other charge, price will be subject to change.
e. Subject to change without prior notice.
8 If there are any changes to the agreement that has been made, we will inform you
as soon as possible.
9 Notice
Passenger who are pregnant and suffer from serious chronic illnesses such as heart attacks,
asthma,emphysema,tuberculosis, respiratory problem and other chronic diseases are
MUST NOT cruise. For these conditions, the guests must report these conditions to our staff or
crew prior to departure.
