RATES
I. Infants are free of charge. We deem an infant to be under
the age of two (2) years or 24 months old.
II. Kids (3 - 7 years old) are required to pay half of the price.
III. Adults are required to pay full price.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS

I. Invoice will be sent to your WhatsApp number or email
address once the down payment has been successfully paid.
Il. Final Payment should be paid maximum 3 days before the
trip. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due
date, we have the right to declare your booking as cancelled.
III. Non-refundable

RESCHEDULE
I. Reschedule must be informed to us at maximum 14 days
before the trip date
II. If you reschedule your trip in less than 14 days before the
trip date, your down payment won't be
refunded and we have the right to declare your booking as
cancelled.

CANCELLATION
II. Cancellations 14 days before, down payment will be
forfeited. Cancellation maximum of 14 days before, 50%
cancellation fee, and cancellation 7 days before, full
payment.
II. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due
to force majeure (bad weather,
Covid-19 policy from the government), terrorism, natural
disasters, political instability or other
external events that is not viable for us to operate the
planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you
can reschedule your trip or alternatively receive a full refund.
