Our services will include only those indicated in the Tour Voucher.
We shall not be liable for any commitment not made by 4CJ TRAVEL AND TOURS in writing. Once
tour has started, we shall not refund or exchange any unused portion.
If clients ought to avail additional participants, it is necessary to contact us through phone call/cell
phone call to address and assure from us if there are still slots available.
4CJ TRAVEL AND TOURS will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, and damage to property
in connection with accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly
from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of Nature, strikes, theft,
delay or irregularity in the itinerary, that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes
beyond our control.
4CJ TRAVEL AND TOURS not responsible for any accidents that may occur from the beginning to
the end of the travel dates. In case of unavoidable/unexpected circumstances such as transportation
broke down.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All Deposit Payment is Non-Refundable. All guaranteed booking is non-refundable.

Cancelled tour booking is transferable to other name but not refundable.
Once booked, change of schedule is not allowed.
No refund for No Show or on the spot cancellation.
