Incident Management - Volvo Project April 2018 to July 2019

Ensure that activities within the process are being performed at a high level of quality
within SLA time. Responsible for assigning incidents within a group or division.
Responsible for communicating with the team members, managers and service desk team basis business
impact/priority.

Determines if an incident needs to be escalated according to priority and severity of the issues. Ensure
that Incidents are assigned in a timely manner to group of resolver teams and service desk as per daily
roster.
Monitor the Incidents and manage workload in their respective queues alongwith proper followup with
service desk team.

Identify Incidents for analysis (Reject/Reopen, AUI/A3rd party, Reassignment etc.)


Identify potential problems and/or increasing trend of repetitive Incidents

Escalate all process issues to the Incident Manager, project manager.

Weekly data fetching of all the opened incidents which needs to be closed or reworked, follow up with the
resolvers and service desk team.

Handle on-board joining formalities for all new hires, coordinating with new hires & facilities pre-joining
formalities like pre-employment medical tests, welcome letter, facilitate opening of bank account etc

Prepare all HR establishment letters like confirmation, resignation acceptance, relieving, transfer,
promotions and any other employee correspondence letter.

Administer confirmation process for all employees as per company policy.

imprest tracker.

Administration of Temporary employees manpower services. Coordinating for issuing offer letters, joining
formalities, attendance, payroll management, contract extensions etc. Ensure that the vendor is doing
statutory compliances.

Responsible for handling salary related reimbursements like medical, driver, fuel etc.

Implement all HR procedures as per existing policies.
