Findings :
According to this study, the ROTC program has a highly
effective rate with a mean of 3.78. This suggests that regardless
of biological gender, ROTC proves to be highly effective in
nurturing leadership and other necessary traits required to
become a public servant.

Conclusion and Recommendations :

The ROTC program has a high level of effectiveness, but there is
room for improvement in how teaching is delivered and how
knowledge is put to use. To improve its effectiveness, it is
important to strengthen instructional delivery, stress real-world
applications, and investigate the possibility of mandatory
implementation. Additionally, it is important to incorporate
exercises and training that promote problem-solving, effective
communication, and critical thinking. Finally, it is important to
implement regular evaluations, assessments, and feedback
systems to make sure the ROTC program remains effective.
