LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL
DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF ITALIAN
REPUBLIC
WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement,
between the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the


 Government of the Italian Republic stipulating

day of November, 2022;
