Circuit breakers include industrial DIN Rail circuit breakers, high density miniature circuit breakers,
motor circuit protectors, residual current devices, miniature circuit breakers, and supplementary
protection devices. We offer many configurations, voltage ranges, and current ranges to meet your
requirements.
Miniature Circuit Breakers
Our miniature circuit breakers are IP20 finger safe and RoHS compliant. These products also meet an
expanded set of standards and certifications.
1489 THERMAL-MAGNETIC CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Bulletin 1489-M Thermal-magnetic Circuit Breakers are UL 489 Listed


for branch circuit protection in the United States and Canada, and they
are certified as Miniature Circuit Breakers for IEC applications. These
circuit breakers are ideal for extreme ambient conditions, feature fast
breaking time, and superior shock and vibration resistance.

REGIONAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Bulletin 188-J and 188-K Regional Circuit Breakers are ideal for
equipment-level applications and extreme ambient conditions. These
circuit breakers feature fast breaking time, superior shock and vibration
resistance. These products have received regional certifications and are
only available in China and Europe.

THERMAL-MAGNETIC MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Our Bulletin 1492-MC Thermal-magnetic Miniature Circuit Breakers


are general-purpose devices suitable for the majority of industrial,
inverse time circuit breaker applications. They combine thermal and
magnetic trip actions and provide accurate overload and short-circuit
protection for conductors and connected equipment.
SUPPLEMENTARY PROTECTORS

Bulletin 1492-SPM Supplementary Protectors are used to protect


equipment in applications. They are current-limiting and feature dual
terminals for wiring and bus bar flexibility. With a 40 ˚C (104 °F)
calibration temperature, these protectors are suitable for extreme ambient
conditions.

RESIDUAL CURRENT DEVICES

Bulletin 1492-RCDA Residual Current Devices detect and interrupt


leakage to the ground, helping you prevent injury to exposed
personnel and damage to equipment. Use these devices with miniature
circuit breakers for additional circuit protection from overload, short
circuit, and ground fault.

HIGH-DENSITY CIRCUIT BREAKERS


Bulletin 1492-GH and 1492-GS High-density Miniature Circuit
Breakers are thermal-magnetic type supplementary overcurrent
protective devices. Our single-pole, high-density miniature circuit
breakers incorporate a thermal portion and a magnetic trip
function for the combined advantages of two sensing systems.

DC HIGH VOLTAGE MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKERS


Bulletin 1492-D DC High Voltage Miniature Circuit Breakers provide
overcurrent and short circuit protection for higher voltage DC circuits. These
products feature dual terminals and are multi-wire rated for up to four wires.
Molded Case Circuit Breakers
Molded Case Circuit Breakers have multiple frame sizes to accommodate your required current ratings
and breaking capabilities. These breakers provide protection of circuits against overload, short circuit, and
ground fault. They can be combined with our NEMA and IEC motor starters, overload relays, and
contactors.
140G MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Bulletin 140G Molded Case Circuit Breakers have nine different
frame sizes with a range of 10...3000 A to accommodate your
required current ratings and breaking capacities. With a wide range
of operators and accessories, these circuit breakers provide the
protection of circuits against overload, short circuit, and ground
fault.

140U MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS


Our Bulletin 140U-D Molded Case Circuit Breakers are UL489 Listed
for global applications. These circuit breakers, rated from 0.5...30 A, are
current limiting and provide fixed short circuit and overcurrent
protection. They offer high interrupting ratings for 2- and 3-pole devices.

Motor Circuit Protectors


Motor Circuit Protectors provide short-circuit protection for individual motor loads and are available for a
wide range of motor sizes and installation types. They can be combined with our NEMA and IEC motor
starters, overload relays, and contactors.

140M MOTOR CIRCUIT PROTECTORS

Our Bulletin 140M Motor Circuit Protectors may provide a


disconnecting means for motor branch circuit, branch-circuit and
short-circuit magnetic protection, and manual switching. These
devices are rated from 0.16...45 A. In North America, electrical
codes require that an individual motor branch circuit be protected
by a UL/CSA Listed fuse, circuit breaker, or self-protected
combination motor controller.
140MG MOTOR CIRCUIT PROTECTORS
Our Bulletin 140MG Motor Circuit Protectors can provide a
disconnecting means for motor branch circuit, branch-circuit and short-
circuit magnetic protection, and manual switching. These devices are
rated from 3...1200 A. In North America, electrical codes require that an
individual motor branch circuit be protected by a UL/CSA Listed fuse,
circuit breaker, or self-protected combination motor controller.

Motor Protection Circuit Breakers


Our Motor Protection Circuit Breakers provide both short circuit and overload protection for individual
motor loads and are available for a wide range of motor sizes and installation types. They can be
combined with our NEMA and IEC contactors or solid-state motor controllers.
140M MOTOR PROTECTION CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Our Bulletin 140M Motor Protection Circuit Breakers can provide a
disconnecting means for motor branch circuit, branch-circuit and short-
circuit magnetic protection, overload thermal protection, and manual
switching. These devices are rated from 0.1...45 A.

140MP MOTOR PROTECTION CIRCUIT BREAKERS


Our Bulletin 140MP Motor Protection Circuit Breakers (MPCBs) provide
magnetic short circuit and thermal overload protection up to 32 A, with an
interrupting rating @400V of up to 100kA. They are tested in combination with
Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-C and 100-K contactors to create two component
motor starters.

140MG MOTOR PROTECTION CIRCUIT BREAKERS


Our Bulletin 140MG Motor Protection Circuit Breakers can provide a
disconnecting means for motor branch circuit, branch-circuit and short-
circuit magnetic protection, overload thermal protection, and manual
switching. We offer devices rated from 25...150 A to meet your
particular needs. Our factory-installed internal accessories make
installation and wiring easy. In North America, electrical codes require
that an individual Motor Branch Circuit be protected by a UL/CSA
Listed Fuse, Circuit Breaker, or Self-protected Combination Motor
Controller.
Disconnect Switches
Our Disconnect Switches are available in both fixed- and variable-depth styles with flange- or door-
mounting styles. Our switches are NEMA, IEC, and UL rated. We offer a variety of fused and non-fused
versions from 20...1250 A in both open and enclosed configurations.
Rotary Disconnect Switches
Our Rotary Disconnect Switches offer a variety of fused and non-fused versions from 20...1250 A and
can be ordered with or without an enclosure. Non-fused styles permit use of your own fuse blocks. Fused
switches, with integral fuse carriers, reduce panel space requirements.

194R ROTARY DISCONNECT SWITCHES


Our 194R Rotary Disconnect Switches offer a variety of fused and non-
fused versions from 20...1250 A and can be ordered with or without an
enclosure. Non-fused styles permit use of your own fuse blocks. Fused
switches, with integral fuse carriers, reduce panel space requirements.

194U NON-FUSED ROTARY DISCONNECT SWITCHES


Our 194U Rotary Disconnect Switches offer a variety of non-fused
versions from 30...160, that permit the use of your own fuse blocks.
Designed for global applications, the 194U provides main disconnecting
means for the panel in a compact footprint.

Safety Disconnect Switches


Our Safety Disconnect Switches are designed for industrial and heavy commercial applications, as well as
for hazardous locations. These switches offer 30 A, 60 A, 100 A and 200 A ratings.
1494G HAZARDOUS LOCATION SAFETY DISCONNECT SWITCHES
Our Bulletin 1494G Hazardous Location Safety Disconnect Switches can be
used for 30 A, 60 A and 100 A applications. They are available in 3R, 7 and 9
bolted enclosure types for indoor and outdoor use. These switches are certified
for use in Class I, Division 1 & 2, Groups C & D and Class II, Groups E, F &
G hazardous gas or dust locations.
1494H INDUSTRIAL/GENERAL DUTY SAFETY DISCONNECT SWITCHES
Our Bulletin 1494H Industrial and Bulletin 1494HL General Duty Safety
Disconnect Switches are designed for industrial and heavy commercial
applications. The Bulletin 1494HL General Duty version is designed for light
commercial or residential applications. Both are UL listed and CSA certified
and can also be used in “at motor” disconnect switch applications.

1494G HEAVY INDUSTRIAL SAFETY DISCONNECT SWITCHES


Our Bulletin 1494G Heavy Industrial Safety Disconnect Switches offer
30…600 A switch ratings. They are available in Type 3R/4/12 painted
metal, Type 4/4X stainless steel and Type 4/4X non-metallic enclosures.

Visible Blade Disconnect Switches


Our Visible Blade Disconnect Switches are available in both fixed- and variable-depth styles with flange-
or door-mounting options. Flange-mounted disconnect switches are also available in an enclosure.
1494U UNIVERSAL DISCONNECT SWITCHES
Our Bulletin 1494U Universal Disconnect Switches provide the extra level
of visual ON or OFF indication of a knife-blade disconnect design. These
switches have UL, CSA, and CE ratings in one product line. You can
choose from non-fusible or fusible versions in 30...600 A sizes. These
universal disconnect switches are unique and can be connected for rod or
cable operation in the field. With the cable option, you also have the
flexibility to mount the switch anywhere in the panel, regardless of where
the handle is located.

1491 FUSE BLOCKS


Our Bulletin 1491 Fuse Blocks are designed for general purpose applications. The
bases of these blocks, either phenolic or porcelain, are rugged in construction and
provide ease in mounting and wiring.

1494R VARIABLE-DEPTH DOOR-MOUNTED ROTARY DISCONNECT SWITCHES


Our Bulletin 1494R Variable Depth Door-mounted Rotary Disconnect Switches are
rated for use in non-flanged constructed enclosures with depths up to 23 inches.
1494C CABLE-OPERATED DISCONNECT SWITCHES
Our Bulletin 1494C Cable-operated Disconnect Switches are discontinued
and no longer available for sale. Customers are encouraged to migrate to our
Bulletin 1494U Universal Disconnect Switches.

1494V VARIABLE DEPTH FLANGE-MOUNTED DISCONNECT SWITCHES


Our Bulletin 1494V Variable-depth Flange-mounted Disconnect Switches are
discontinued and no longer available for sale. Customers are encouraged to migrate
to our Bulletin 1494U Universal Disconnect Switches.

Electronic Circuit Protection Modules


Our Electronic Circuit Protection Modules protect the secondary circuits of 24V DC switched mode
power supplies. These modules monitor both supply voltage and load currents, and enhance protection
over standard thermomagnetic circuit breakers.
1692 Block-style Electronic Circuit Protectors
Our Bulletin 1692 Electronic Circuit Protection Modules protect the
secondary circuits of 24V DC switched mode power supplies. These
modules monitor both supply voltage and load currents, and you can
monitor and control the modules both locally and remotely.

1694 Modular Electronic Circuit Protectors


Our modular Bulletin 1694 Electronic Circuit Protectors protect the secondary
circuits of 24V DC switch mode power supply against short circuit or overload.
The only 12.5mm wide modules can be mounted side by side no further
accessories required. They come with time-saving push-in terminals. The
protection modules are available in single or double channel in the same
compact housing. The range comprise fixed current ratings from 1A..10A and an
adjustable current version.
Fuse Holders
Fuse holders provide a safe and convenient means for installing Class CC, J, and Midget fuses. These
fuser holders are excellent for wire protection, small motor loads, and group protection of small motor
loads.
140F Fuse Holders
Bulletin 140F Fuse Holders are available for UL Class CC or Midget Fuses
and IEC 10 x 38 mm fuses, with or without blown fuse indication. They are
lockable in the open position and compatible with Bulletin 140M accessories.

1492-FB Fuse Holders


Bulletin 1492-FB Fuse Holders are ideal for many OEM applications. Our fuse holders give you a safe
and convenient means for installation of class CC, J, and midget fuses. Use our class CC and J holders for
branch circuit protection. They are excellent for wire protection, small motor loads, and group protection
of small motor loads.

Low Voltage Motor Protectors


Low Voltage Motor Protectors includes a broad selection of overload relays, enclosed motor protectors
and modular protection systems. This product offering covers bimetallic relays and solid-state overload
relays, as well as motor protection circuit breakers.
Electronic Overload Relays
Our Bulletin 193/592 Electronic Overload Relays offer flexibility and convenience in modular designs.
They are available for both NEMA and IEC applications. In addition, this portfolio offers a variety of
options including protection and communication modules.
E300/E200 ELECTRONIC OVERLOAD RELAYS
Our Bulletin 193/592 E300™ (networked) and E200™ (non-networked)
Electronic Overload Relays are the newest technologies for overload
protection. The modular design, communication options, diagnostic
information, simplified wiring, and integration into Logix technology make
them the ideal overload for motor control applications in an automation
system.

E100 ELECTRONIC OVERLOAD RELAYS


Our E100 Electronic Overload Relays are the next generation basic-tier electronic
overload relay. These relays include enhanced features to better safeguard your
motor protection investments. The E100 includes increased accuracy and
repeatability, a self-powered design with lower heat dissipation, and an aggressive component
certification strategy.
E1 PLUS ELECTRONIC OVERLOAD RELAYS
Rockwell Automation announces that as of April, 2021, our Bulletin 193
IEC and 592 NEMA E1 Plus Electronic Overload Relays will be
discontinued and no longer available for sale. Customers are encouraged
to migrate to our E100 Overload Relays.

Bimetallic Overload Relays


Our Bimetallic Thermal Overload Relays are motor protectors for IEC applications. We designed these
relays for use with our contactors and reversing contactors.
IEC MINIATURE BIMETALLIC OVERLOAD RELAYS
Bulletin 193-K IEC Miniature Bimetallic Overload Relays are designed for
use with Bulletin 100-K Contactors and Bulletin 104-K Reversing
Contactors. These thermal overload relays include a differential
mechanism for sensitivity to phase-loss conditions.

IEC BIMETALLIC OVERLOAD RELAYS


Bulletin 193-T1 IEC Bimetallic Overload Relays are designed for use with
Bulletin 100-C Contactors and Bulletin 104-C Reversing Contactors.

NEMA Eutectic Alloy Overload Relays


Bulletin 592 Eutectic Alloy Overload Relays are thermal type devices. When
used with the proper short-circuit protection, these relays protect the motor,
motor controller, and power wiring against overheating due to excessive
overcurrents. The trip-free mechanism provides overload protection even when
the reset button is pressed.
825-P Modular Protection System
Our Bulletin 825-P Modular Protection Systems are discontinued and no
longer available for sale. Customers are encouraged to migrate to the E300
Electronic Overload Relays.

Medium Voltage Motor Protectors


Medium Voltage Motor Protectors include Bulletin 857 Motor-Feeder Protection and Bulletin 865
Differential Protection Relay to meet your motor and feeder protection requirements.
Medium Voltage Motor & Feeder Protection
Bulletin 857 Motor-Feeder Protection, Medium Voltage offers solutions for
today’s motor and feeder protection requirements in one package. Our
protection relay gives you flexible control to maximize your motor’s output
capabilities, and provides current, voltage and motor protection functions. The
protection relay can be integrated into a low voltage or medium voltage Motor
Control Center, or can be purchased as an OEM component. Configure these
relays using our bundled SetPointPS software.

DIN Rail Dataline Surge Protectors


Bulletin 4983-DD DIN Rail Dataline Surge Protective Devices protect
industrial communication networks. These devices use a combination of 3-
electrode gas discharge tubes and fast-clamping diodes.
DIN Rail Heavy Duty AC Surge Protectors
Bulletin 4983-DH Heavy-Duty AC Surge Protector combines a high-energy
varistor (MOV) network with a gas discharge tube to increase performance in
protection level, life duration, and suppression of leakage current. It is
connected in parallel and can be located in the feeder circuit.

DIN Rail AC Surge Protectors

Bulletin 4983-DS DIN Rail AC Surge Protective Devices are connected in parallel
and use an MOV to clamp high-voltage surges. These devices are primarily used in the main electrical
panel for the protection of 1- and 3-phase systems.
Panel Mount Filters
Bulletin 4983-PF Panel Mount Filters provide noise protection. They monitor and
clean the wave of high frequency noise disturbances that can cause premature
aging.
