HOW SHOULD YOU PREPARE?
When Resilience meets Resistance
Translation from the original French and
addition of English-language links by Claire Edwards

Introduction

The aim of this document is not to frighten you, but to provide you with the basic elements
to prepare yourself in order to gain serenity in the face of adversity. You all know the saying:
one informed human being is worth two. You also know that a majority of people are asleep,
not at all aware of what is currently at stake. And yet, for the past two years, we have been
living with government announcements using the excuse of Covid, Ex-Sars-Cov2, to drag us
towards what is called the New World Order. Many citizens around the world dream of
getting back to their old world. However, the politicians and especially the powerful of this
world are clear: the old normal is not coming back.

We are undergoing this structural modification of our way of life decided by the globalist
cabal whose best known representative is Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic
Forum (WEF). Far from hiding their plans, these psychopaths like to announce in advance
what they are organising. Thus, a month before the start of the epidemic in Wuhan, a global
pandemic exercise called Event 201 was held in New York on 18 October 2019. In November
2020, a video began to circulate: that of Klaus Schwab announcing the risk of a
cyberpandemic "that would make the Covid crisis seem like a minor inconvenience". In his
own words: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2w2mja3RVxU.

Having been awake for the last 20 years or so to the plans of these deranged billionaires,
watching this video alerted me to this upcoming danger. After taking the time to study what
Cyberpolygon is… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZJMUhGdiGQ I felt it was important
to warn as many people as possible, at least those ready to hear and understand what is
going on. It is clear that Cyberpolygon is their masterpiece, the one that can make
everything change. They may have won a battle in terms of the number of people injected,
but they have not won the war. Failing to prepare enables them to win this war on the
people.

So this document is my modest contribution. They are not going to win!

The reasons are simple. They have had to lay their cards on the table and reveal themselves.
People all over the world have understood the Covidian deception, they are waking up and
yet more still are going to wake up. In fact, the cabal is accelerating the process, because
their weakness is to have imagined us as totally stupid, imbeciles, completely zombified.
They know the techniques of psychology and manipulation of the masses. They are the ones
who have financed the university research in this area. They have used submission to
authority (Milgram's experiment) with lockdowns, masks and curfews. Now they are using
social conformity (Solomon Asch's experiment) with the vaccine pass to push for injections,
and soon they will apply their shock doctrine again and more violently: The Shock Doctrine:
The Rise of Disaster Capitalism (2009) - Documentary by Naomi Klein:
https://odysee.com/@QuantumRhino:9/The-Shock-Doctrine--2009--Documentary-by-
Naomi-Klein:f

In order to succeed in their plan, they have devised a number of events that must unfold as
they go along. Cyber attacks on the Internet and electricity grid, food shortages, a bank
3 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

collapse and the looting of accounts, cash bans, restrictions of all kinds, false flag terrorism,
shutdown of communications, a new pandemic, repeated "vaccination" or compulsory
medication (the number of "vaccine" doses planned for each European citizen is impressive,
especially when we know that the risk of dying from Sars-Cov-2 is 0.03%); all of this is ahead
of us if we don’t stop it.

Cyberpolygon or the threat of blocking the country by truck drivers will lead us like a domino
effect to the food shortage that is being cunningly orchestrated. (How to prepare for food
shortages and build your stockpile:
https://tuppennysfireplace.com/how-to-stockpile-food-shortage/

So being prepared means taking back control of your life by being realistic, but above all it
means reducing or even breaking the shock strategy. It means stopping the infernal
machine. Of course, people who are asleep will wake up in a panic, so it is better to avoid
being one of them. If there is a sudden collapse of the infrastructure, the turmoil in the cities
will be immense, and the danger will be everywhere. Many videos warn us about this
subject, including “The coming collapse + a positive course of action”:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRWxl5-EQX8

Below I provide simple answers to avoid the psychological shock and panic that inevitably
leads to submission.

Being at home, in a quiet place, allows you to refocus, to be more attentive to your loved
ones and to yourself, but also to prepare yourself spiritually, and this is certainly the most
important thing in difficult times. To resist, you have to be pragmatic, organised, understand
your own limits and protect yourself. We should take the example of firefighters: when they
arrive at the scene of an accident, what do they do first? They put in place all the means to
protect themselves in order to intervene and save the victims of the accident without taking
risks. This is the first rule to follow. Protect yourself, anticipate, so that you can better face
adversity, and thus perhaps help other people.

Even if we know that everything is against us, we, the peoples of all countries, must unite, all
of us, with all our differences ... of colour, religion, social class, etc.

Do not look outside for a saviour, another country, another planet. Simply aim to discover
the responsible and autonomous being you already are.

Not everything is set in stone, far from it. In this darkness, incredible things are happening
and it is up to us to bring out the truth, solidarity and humanity. There are alternatives:
awakened people are meeting through collectives, and alternative currencies and many
other things are waiting for you. There is no limit to creativity. We are building a parallel
world, a free world, we are ready to leave this hell behind to make something else happen:
our Great Reset – not theirs.

Watch La belle verte (1996): https://peertube.fedi.quebec/w/76011c74-2a6c-4da0-b277-

3568c4d0f2ad [“The Beautiful Green” is an astonishingly beautiful film in French, but
somewhere there are English and other language versions – this film is suppressed because
they don’t want you to watch it and be inspired].

And remember: United we can defeat the Beast.

4 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

To resist, we must be pragmatic, organised, understand our own limitations and protect
ourselves.

The majority of people do not yet understand that we have begun a process that will last a
long time, about 10 years, if everything goes as the globalists want. This project is a takeover
of everything that exists and lives on Earth. It is Agenda 21/ 2030 (combined with Klaus
Schwab's Great Reset), which Rosa Koire, who was probably murdered on 31 May 2021,
bravely denounced. https://odysee.com/@Miniver:4/greaterreset:2.

We don't know exactly what order these events will take place in, when, where, for how
long, or how powerful, etc. Anything is possible.

1a. Food stocks

Don’t rely on the government to feed you in the event of a collapse.

A bit of history: When Covid arrived in France, the French were shocked to discover that
stocks of masks had been (intentionally) destroyed and let’s not even mention the hydro-
alcoholic hand gel.

When asked by a journalist about the strategic food reserves, the French government
replied "No problem". However, the very next day, the President of the National Federation
of Agricultural Holders' Unions (FNSEA) sent a very clear message to the government via
Usine Nouvelle: [Covid-19] "France has no strategic food stocks," says Christiane Lambert,
the head of the FNSEA”

Two days later, the food factories received a letter from the government urging them to
produce more than usual, which they did. It turns out that some of this overproduction was
later destroyed. But understand that at this point in the agenda, the government had to
react and provide what was needed. However, now imagine, government is doing the
opposite: the shops are out of stock and the supermarkets only have enough food for 48
hours.

So rely on yourself: According to some resistance fighters such as Jean-Jacques Crèvecoeur,

you have to stock up on food for at least 6 months. We know from Christian Westbrook's
very good American Youtube channel, Ice Age Farmer, that a world famine is currently in
preparation. As he explains, it is totally organized, one could say totally artificial.
https://www.youtube.com/c/IceAgeFarmer/videos

It is important to consider the following points for your stocks:

 Only buy products that you like.

 Try to balance and diversify your stored food.
 Remember to stock also products that do not need to be cooked.
 Always have chocolate, sweets, but avoid anything with butter as it goes rancid
quickly.
 Rotate the stock (use up the products with the closest expiry dates first).
 Try to stock more rather than less.
 Have small packages so that you can barter.
 Be careful with rodents and insect pests: use well-sealed boxes.
 Don't rely on expiry dates for pasta and many other products that can be consumed
long after.

Don't forget your pets (cats, dogs, etc.). Dogs can eat our kitchen scraps, but not cats.
Make sure you have enough food in stock so that you don't have to worry about them.

* With regard to food moths, one person suggested using bay leaves to keep them away.

1b. Food stocks

When we say stocks, we often think of pasta and rice. In the long term, this means risking
nutritional deficiencies and, moreover, you will need water and energy to cook them. It is
essential to diversify your stocks.

Some foods are particularly interesting because they can be stored for a long time, such as
coconut oil, honey, maple syrup and brown sugar, as well as whole grains (wheat and other
ancient cereals, flax seed, Mexican corn, etc.).

Nutrient-rich products include T150 flour, but also kidney beans, chickpeas and lentils.
Canned cod liver also contains large quantities of vitamins and minerals.

Dried fruit: some go rancid quickly, but others can be kept for a long time. Think about
buying dried fruit and jams. Also think about dates, which are a real source of energy and
keep well.

Don't underestimate the importance of spices either, especially cinnamon, fenugreek and
many others, which can be found here. Of course, garlic should be part of your kitchen
"medical kit", it is an antibacterial bomb, and rosemary also has significant properties, as do
all aromatic herbs.

There are many ways to store food, not everyone has a garden or a food cellar (ideal
temperature under 13°). So here are several possibilities:

For those who have little space, there are sprouted seeds and
you can find low cost sprouters like the one pictured to the right.

You also have the option of freeze-dried or dried products.

Or dried meat.

You can also make lacto-fermented products. Beware, you will

have to learn to master the technique, you will find all the necessary advice on Youtube,
here for example: Lacto-fermentation, a safe and energy-efficient storage method:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q700pG9hkok

To preserve eggs: Pickled eggs / Canning eggs for long term storage:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ypu8TQ5suw

To produce fruit and vegetables at home, in your house or flat, here are some experiments
to try: How to grow fruit & vegetables at home – no garden necessary:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTls5a2jrc0

It's time to change your food consumption patterns: try to make contact with a
collaborative group or your local farmers, and even better, get organised in
collectives to create your own food networks with local producers, quality food
without chemicals, or shared gardens. Gaining food freedom is fundamental.

2. Water

Water is life. We all know that. It is imperative to store water, which is

not easy. Even if you have a well, you never know, you have to store it.

 Packs of water*, or, better because they take up less space, 5 or

8 litre bottles or cans* (this also limits the amount of plastic)
 Equip yourself with a gravity filter (it works completely
autonomously) British Berkefeld:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MpFsoVgTNg
 Keep extra cartridges in stock. Please note that British Berkefeld
ATC Supersterasyl cartridges are the only ones capable of
reducing heavy metals for this brand.

For Berkey, Black Berkey cartridges must be used.

https://berkey-waterfilters.eu/

 Another model exists, little known in France, the Guatemalan ecofiltro:

https://www.ecofiltro.com.gt/en. However, it does not filter out
heavy metals.

 Brazilian gravity water filter Stefani :

http://www.ceramicastefani.net/products.htm

 Micropur tablets are also a good idea.

 And a Katadyn manual filter is another option (there are other

filters for hiking). Katadyn is considered the best as it is used by
the Swiss army.

 If you have the possibility, install a water collector. For the garden, one or more
water tanks are ideal.

 On a balcony, you can install a small water collector of 100

litres, there are mini models like this one in the photo:

 However, in a flat it’s complicated because you’re not

allowed to drill the gutters and downspouts. In fact, you
have to install a funnel that you can fix on a windowsill or
balcony to collect the water and bring it to your tank.

 Rainwater is drinkable once it has passed through a gravity

filter:

(English subtitles) and
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mAo7fSVOYs

* Empty water bottles can be used in permaculture as mini greenhouses, or as pots.

Don’t throw them away!

3. Permaculture

 If you have a garden or a balcony, it's time to start permaculture! This is the way to
self-sufficiency. But be careful, don't make the mistake of buying F1 plants (non-
reproducible), the same goes for seeds: always buy reproducible seeds, otherwise
you will be stuck after the first harvest.

 If you have the possibility of installing a greenhouse, do it as soon as possible!

Beware, however, of any taxes levied on garden sheds, which may also apply to
greenhouses.

 Buy books that can guide you (such as The New Complete Book of Self-Sufficiency:
The Classic Guide for Realists and Dreamers
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0241352460/ , and download as many videos as
possible on Youtube channels dedicated to this subject, here are a few, but there
are many others that can be useful

If you live in a flat, you can also create a vegetable garden:

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query
=growing+vegetables+on+a+balcony

 Don't forget to buy all the necessary equipment: tools, pots, buckets, soil, etc. and
of course quality seeds.

 For trees, shrubs and plants: https://www.gardenorganic.org.uk/trees-wildlife

 Some people have noticed this year that there are difficulties in obtaining soil,
wood, etc.
 Some additional information:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=food+forest

If you have a real cellar, maybe you could start growing mushrooms!
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+grow+mushrooms

Don’t hesitate to try things out, experiment!

4. Electricity

In the event of a power cut, we quickly realise how dependent we are on this comfort. You
have to rebuild your life differently if it lasts. And then we see how many of the materials we
use every day suddenly become totally unusable.

If you can afford it, get solar panels installed, but I advise you not to connect them to the
grid. Ask a specialist for advice and make it clear that you want an independent, self-
sufficient installation.

You can also do a solar panel installation, like the one used on motorhomes, for which kits
exist. https://www.wattuneed.com/en/

Or you can have small panels (100 watts) with a portable generator such as the Litionite
brand https://www.litionite.com/ and on Amazon or the more powerful Ecoflow
https://ecoflow.com/

It is also useful to have foldable

photovoltaic panels, and one or
more powerbanks. These small
batteries can be used to help out
and often as a torch. If you buy
several powerbanks, avoid buying
the same model. A bad set and you
may not use them for long!
Preferably get one with a built-in
solar charger.

In previous versions of the document, generators were deliberately not mentioned for two
specific reasons:

 You need to have a fairly large stock of petrol with all the potential risks that this
entails.
 Even if appliances are now quieter, it must be recognised that the noise generated
will quickly get you noticed by your neighbours, unless you are very isolated. In the
event of panic or jealousy on the part of certain neighbours, this can lead to power
struggles and even violence.
10 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

5. Heating

If possible, diversify your heat sources. If you have a fireplace or a wood-burning stove*,
stock up on wood for the winter now and don't forget the chimney sweep. Try if you have
the space to store two years' worth of wood. This will ensure that the wood will be dry
enough for the following year.

If you have a flue already installed, it’s time to equip it!

There are many possibilities depending on your financial
means, your space and the style of your home. For
example, you can buy a stove that can also be used as an
oven, that can heat water on its plate, etc. On certain
models it is possible to add options such as soapstone,
which naturally accumulates heat and releases it for
longer.

Essential in the homes of yesteryear, it is a sure bet for

combining heating and cooking: the wood-burning cooker
as shown in the photo on the previous page. It's ideal!
You’re getting closer to self-sufficiency.

 Be careful, pellet stoves require electricity to start up.

Having a small stock of firebricks can be a good idea, especially as they are not very
expensive. A good handyman can use them to make a small heater, a rocket stove or, if you
have a large fireplace or stove, adding more will keep the heat on longer.

See directions for making a rocket stove with firebricks:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r66jjYdBmg8

There are techniques for making small stoves using

soda cans, or clay pots. However, some videos
show that the results are not as good as expected.

Having a back-up heater with gas cylinders is an

additional safety feature (although beware of the
duration of the hose).

There are also paraffin/kerosene space heaters,

but you have to store this liquid, it can be
dangerous.

Be very careful with gas or oil as there are many dangers.

6. Cooking

If you are not self-sufficient in this area, there are several alternatives for continuing to cook
or reheat your food. However, avoid dishes that require long cooking times.

Here is a very efficient tool: the gas cartridge

stove! How to use a portable butane stove:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqR4V0M8s
SQ
Quite safe, inexpensive, efficient. Quite safe,
inexpensive, efficient. With a good supply of
cartridges, you can cook without any problem.
Sets of 48 cartridges can be found on the
Internet.

You can also equip yourself with a rocket stove

(Top 10: best portable rocket stove 2020:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhtVU-LjCcM ,
which can be used on a balcony or in the garden.
Some people venture to use it indoors (with a hood)
but this is not recommended.

Of course, in summer there is the pleasure of

barbecuing, but you need a stock of fuel: charcoal,
corn cobs, vine wood, etc.

Think about the stoves you use. Avoid Teflon-coated

or ceramic ones. For use on a rocket stove, in a
fireplace, it is better to have cast iron stoves.

Moreover, cast iron is a guarantee of

robustness and non-toxicity, but the weight
can be a disincentive (stainless steel can be
an alternative as it is lighter).

Having a cast iron pot can also be very

useful for heating water on a wood fire, or
cooking food.

Look at all the utensils you have, and consider getting manual versions. An electric chopper
will be useless, but the manual version will still work.

A hand whisk, a coffee grinder, glass jars (and spare seals) for lacto-fermentation,
greaseproof paper, a manual can opener, a pestle, various kitchen knives including a
chopper, a coffee maker, etc.
12 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

7. Lighting

Of course, you can buy candles, it is always good to have some but beware of the risk of fire
and in reality this only gives very little light.

To have adequate lighting, here is a cheap and very efficient solution:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/GreeSuit-Powered-
Portable-Spotlight-
Lighting/dp/B08MTK3LDD/ref=sr_1_4
https://www.instructables.com/Solar-Interior-
Lighting-Getting-Your-Solar-Feet-W/

When your neighbours are in the dark and can see

that you have indoor lighting in your house, it can
create envy. So be discreet. It is always important to
consider the context.

Concerning LED torches (cheap): these are

now quite well known. Very powerful, they
can be found at very competitive prices on
Amazon, etc. Preferably take those that work
with 18650 rechargeable batteries and that
are equipped with a strike head (this can be
useful in case of aggression).

Be careful not to shine the light beam directly

into the eyes of a person or animal, except of
course to dazzle an attacker. Be careful with
children.

For conventional batteries (AA, AAA, etc.) it is also important to have some in stock. I
recommend rechargeable batteries Eneloop which are of high quality, long lasting and very
economical. Buy a fast charger that will take care of your AA, AAA, 18650 and other
batteries.

Always remember to check the connection (USB?) to

connect your tools (such as the battery charger) to
the solar panels.

There are also camping lanterns that provide

powerful lighting such as the one pictured on the left.
13 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

8a. Sanitation

If there is ever a breakdown in public services, you must think about the absence of garbage
collectors, you must plan how not to be stuck with the waste and the inherent risks. If you
have a garden, all food waste can be buried directly in the ground, it will be a nourishing
contribution. However, avoid citrus fruits.

On the other hand, forget plastics and tins, as well as some cardboard. Have large garbage
bags in stock, as well as bleach.

Let's talk about toilets!

Here is a piece of information that is especially relevant for people in flats:

Remove all cleaning products from your toilet now. Stop using disinfectant tablets. In the
event of a power cut, you have some water there, and you need to be able to get it back
at any time.

If the electricity is not restored quickly, your toilet tank may not
fill up. Disasters should therefore be avoided, so do not use the
toilet inside the house. If possible, install a dry toilet. If you can't
afford it, buy a camping toilet and put it in a suitable place, or in a
garden shed. You can use ashes, sand, even better cat litter or
ideally sawdust to cover the droppings. These should be disposed
of in a suitable place to be determined.

When it comes to toilet paper, many people laugh when they see
people in a panic fighting for toilet paper rolls. Yet this is not an
issue that should be overlooked. In difficult circumstances, it is
better not to have to worry about your hygiene. Having a stock of
toilet paper is not ridiculous, on the contrary. It protects against
infectious risks, allows for privacy, and is good for self-esteem for many people. It is obvious
that the loss of hygiene goes hand in hand with a physical and moral regression.

As an alternative to disposables, there is washable flannel toilet paper.

It is vital to think about stocking up on the necessities for feminine hygiene and if you have a
baby, to provide reusable nappies.
14 How should you prepare? Version 2.1 – 26 September 2021 – Share freely

8b. Sanitation

In terms of camping equipment, there are many interesting

alternatives to maintain a certain comfort, so you can equip
yourself with a portable sink. Dirty water can be reused to
water your plants if you don't use chemicals to wash your
hands. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Outsunny-Camping-
Portable-Drainage-Equipment/dp/B08CXD3SNC/

Stocking up on soap is important, but avoid scented products.

Dr. Bronners - Magic Pure-Castile Bar Soap Organic
Peppermint
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0001TSIUE/ref=redir_mobile
_desktop
is a good option as it can be used to wash clothes.

If you run out of soap or detergents, you can make your own:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dHrUJIIGrA

There are also portable or solar

shower bags (on the left below
the solar system, on the right
the portable). These are two
different systems, each with its
own interest. Fun in summer
for children, some people use
them when they get out of the
pool. If there is no running
water, you can attach it to your
shower rod.

Remember that your washing machine may not run for a long
time, especially as it requires a lot of electricity and water. Buy
enough basins, which are always useful.
There are also manual washing machines that you can buy on
Amazon or electric ones that consume little energy:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Leisurewize-Washer-Portable-
Washing-Machine/dp/B07FXN1L9G/ref=sr_1_1

If you don't have one, it is essential that you have a good first aid kit.

Also buy paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, cotton, bandages, etc.
Don't forget to keep a stock of toothbrushes, or better still use Siwak sticks. This way you
can avoid fluoride toothpaste. With Siwak, there’s no need for toothpaste :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbKaMYviD3E

9. Clothing / Shoes

Very important: socks! This is the item of clothing that wears out the fastest and that is very
difficult to find when everything goes wrong.

Secondly, you should also bring a sufficient number of panties/briefs; it is very rare to find
this kind of underwear in thrift shops or in a barter!

Provide clothing for all weathers. It is likely that future winters will be harsher. Provide
suitable clothing for children as they grow up.

Rubber boots, gloves, hats, scarves, etc. Anything that protects!

Important: Have comfortable shoes.

Choose professional or sportswear and make sure you know what materials are used. Many
garments presented as waterproof are not.

For your information:

When in police custody or when summoned to a police station: it is very important to

always have a pair of shoes that do not require laces. It is important to understand that
the laces are removed as well as the belt of the trousers in case of arrest. Finding
yourself with shoes that don't fit and/or trousers that fall down is psychologically difficult
(even humiliating), especially when you are already in a state of shock. Being prepared
for this in terms of clothing is also psychologically empowering.

10. Tools

I advise you to build up a collection of tools that do not require electricity, whether for
cooking, carpentry, sewing or DIY. All hand tools are useful to have.

It's time to look at everything you use, have alternatives for electrical equipment, and think
about anything that might be useful such as baking soda, bleach, clay.

If you do choose an electric device,

get one with a battery so that you
can recharge it via solar power. But
avoid getting one that’s too
powerful or you may not be able to
use it.

11. Communication - Support & Psychology

During the war in Yugoslavia, those who were alone could not resist. They were falling apart.
It is essential to recreate family, emotional, friendly and local links, to recreate a network of
like-minded people. We must do this now before all means of communication are cut off.

Exchange physical addresses, not just mobile numbers or emails.

Your smartphone may be useless if Cyberpolygon is activated.

In large cities, the Briar app on Android may remain functional because it uses WiFi and/or
Bluetooth, both of which have short ranges. If many people activate this app, and their
smartphones still have battery power, Briar will likely work, but it will be short-lived. The
batteries will run out very quickly, as using WiFi or Bluetooth is very energy consuming. So, it
is better not to rely too much on this.

Even the data in your smartphone may no longer be accessible. Cyberpolygon is supposed to
be a computer attack. Currently, more and more companies are falling victim to cyber
attacks that completely paralyse them: blocking access to data, deleting data. Copying
everything onto hard disks, USB keys or smartphones, tablets that are not connected to the
Net can be a solution, but ideally keep a paper version to be sure not to see them disappear
with a virus.

As far as smartphones are concerned, it should be noted that there is a company in France
that offers them without snitches and without advertising: https://iode.tech/

For very local communication, less than 2 km away, you can use walkie-talkies.

The real solution? Perhaps, the only means of communication that will last: the CB!

CB is cheap, consumes very little energy and can be installed in your house or in your car.

12. Support & family

We must not get bogged down in the darkness of events. We have left one world, an old
world, and are heading for something else. It's hard, it's violent, it's saddening, but for all
that we have a mission: to ensure that life, nature and truth win.

Don't forget that "apocalypse" is not the end of the world, but the end of a world. Yes, it is
the translation of this word which is "revelation". So let's gain serenity by preparing
ourselves for what is to come and by relieving our tensions.

Joining groups is a good way of exchanging freely on these subjects, which are forbidden in
this society of spectacle that has now shown its true face. It is essential not to remain
isolated with your anxieties. Collectives are the expression of solidarity, it is to organise
oneself in a group, it is to participate in the construction of a better future, it is to be alive
and to find the very soil of our humanity.

Many other groups are - among others - on the Telegram app:

https://telegram.org/

At demonstrations, you can feel this positive energy multiplied tenfold

by the number attending, all wishing and imagining another world.

In addition, listen to music in 432 Hertz, especially Pachelbel's Canon, which is the healthiest
piece of music. Ideally listen to it once a day. 6 reasons why the famous Canon (Pachelbel)
boosts brain and health Motivational Video:

There are specific frequencies that are considered in alternative medicine to be particularly
beneficial to the human body. These frequencies generally have healing properties.

For children and adults, it is important to get together. Having board games provides the
opportunity for exchanges between adults and children, laughing, smiling, joking. If you have
a garden, this is a good time to introduce the children to nature. In the evening, you may
meet hedgehogs and many other animals such as weasels.

During the day, you can identify birds with an application such as "bird identification" on
Android (as long as the smartphones work).
And for astronomy, you just need to look up, help yourself to some books or nice apps such
as Star Walk (on Android).

Without these technological tools, there is so much to discover: learning to make a fire –
isn't that useful? Scouts know this life skill that should be passed on to all young – and not so
young – people. Making a bivouac, getting by in nature, learning to garden, using handicraft
tools, bringing wooden games back to life, learning to cook, sewing, doing sport, etc. A
healthy life!

Being outside instead of in front of a screen! Being in the real world instead of the virtual
world. And having books on many subjects for young and old. In fact, go back to basics.

13. Health

If possible, stock up on the medicines and/or natural products you use.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has compiled a list of several hundred
"dangerous products" that they are in the process of reviewing or perhaps soon doing away
with. Don’t forget how hydroxychloroquine was reported to be toxic!

Among the products on this list* are: aniseed, ginkgo biloba, certain essential oils,
pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), and many others.

It is important to know that the diabolical project of the UN foresees the disappearance of
all alternative medicines, and even of vitamins!

Find source addresses for these products:

Vitamin C, D, Zinc, etc. (Preferably take liposomal vitamins)
Essential oils
Colloidal silver
Artemisia Annua in all its forms

Some Internet sites sell hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin and other products (but how can
you be sure it is not a fake product?)

About Sars-Cov2, the use of Povidone (Betadine) is recommended by many doctors:

And don't forget to do 15 minutes a day of grounding to reconnect with the Earth. The
Earthing Movie: The Remarkable Science of Grounding (full documentary):

If you have to have health care, get it done as soon as possible. Dentist, glasses, etc. Try to
have a spare pair of glasses.

Regarding pets: don't forget to stock up on flea/tick and deworming products. Also, as
animals are real emotional sponges, they feel our stresses, so help them with Zylkene.
You can also use a PetsCool diffuser (or spray).

14. Means of transport

Car: keep your car in good condition and always have a full tank.

Always have a small stock of engine oil, coolant, in fact all consumables for your car. Be
careful with tyres, there are currently shortages in this sector.

If you drive with unleaded, preferably stock 98. The higher the octane level the better the
petrol keeps ... however, rotate your stock, petrol keeps very well for 3 months, several
people have told me that it is possible to keep it for a year.

Diesel can be kept for much longer (minimum 2 years), however you should avoid using
the bottom of the jerry can.
In the event of a power cut, the pumps at petrol stations will no longer work. It is therefore
important to consider alternatives:

The most autonomous two-wheeler is still the bicycle!

Having a bike at home is common sense. I advise you to

have your bike serviced and to keep it in good condition.
You should know that there is currently a shortage of
new bikes at reasonable prices. Buying a used one and
having it serviced can be a solution.

And don't forget to have tubes, patches, pumps, all the

small equipment in stock.

Some people may even buy a trailer to carry equipment.

There are plenty of bikepacking accessories that can meet

our future needs. See the many Youtube videos on this
subject:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yx6QRfyJpBI

Another thing to consider is owning a scooter: any means

of moving faster can be useful: skateboard, rollerboard, etc.

15. Self-defence & security

Some people have asked me about the lack of information on weapons and/or defence
techniques in this document. I only address the topics I know about, which is not the case
for weapons. The acquisition of a weapon is subject to legislation specific to each country,
but it is also necessary to learn how to control and maintain it.

Some people mentioned the lack of information on martial arts, however, at present,
training is conditional on the presentation of a health pass in the clubs. Moreover, a martial
art cannot be learned by snapping your fingers; it requires years of practice, so it seems to
me illusory to want to dwell on this subject. We can only note that Krav Maga, Israeli self-
defence, is very effective, as is Russian Systema, whereas karate is the poor relation in terms
of the ability to defend oneself.

When there is a risk of confrontation, one should always prefer defusing the conflict through
dialogue. If this is not possible, it is better to flee than to fight. Do not forget that the health
care infrastructure is now dependent on the Health Pass. Of course, not the hospital
emergency room, but if you are injured, you will hardly be in a position to control the
situation and not know what you are being injected with.

In the end, the legal and easy-to-use alternatives remain:

 Tear gas canisters (favour the gel version which limits the risk of the product coming
back into your eyes; legally, do not carry it when out and about, but at home, or in
your vehicle).
 A powerful torch that will strongly dazzle a possible aggressor, and in the case of
physical aggression, can become a defence weapon with its
attack head.
 And above all a very small whistle to carry with you at all times.

If you live in a house, there are also interesting solutions to feel more secure. No, I would
certainly not advise you to buy an alarm. The first houses that
were broken into at the beginning of the war in Yugoslavia were
equipped with alarms. For many burglars (and neighbours),
alarm = desirable property.

On the other hand, installing motion-sensor lighting is a great

convenience, and ridiculously cheap. When you are at home, if
the outside lights come on, this informs you of a possible visit or
of possible burglars:

16. Economy

Many of us know that cash is likely to disappear in 2022. This will enable total control of
people. In the event of a cyber attack, having cash will be useful for a period of time that is
difficult to evaluate. It is obvious that those who do not have cash will be very panicked
when faced with non-functioning ATMs. Having cash in small denominations (preferably 5,
10, 20 euros) at home is a good strategy. However, many people are worried about the risk
of theft. People don't know it, but once they have deposited their money in the bank, it no
longer belongs to them. If you want to empty your bank account, don't go to the counter to
take out a large sum! Any transaction - credit or debit - of more than €1,000 is systematically
reported to TRACFIN. Yes, your bank is responsible for reporting you! So it's better to do
things differently.

Since the beginning of 2021, we have felt the start of inflation which is growing steadily, so it
is more than time to invest in what can be useful to you: this document is full of goods that
can make your life easier for the coming months! Stock up on food using your bank card.
Tomorrow, a packet of rice could be worth a fortune, or even save you, if there is a famine.
Buy everything you need with your credit card, or better still with cash if you have enough,
and each week draw cash which you keep carefully. If there are several of you in the family,
play with the different bank accounts, transfer money between you to get money out of an
over-stocked account to an almost empty one and then empty it with the bank card, etc.

In all crises, there is a return to safe havens such as gold, silver, etc.

However, acquiring gold in a shop may no longer be anonymous. This

can be worrying if you think about the danger of the power of
requisition held by the state. It is therefore preferable to buy it via
classified ad sites, but you will have to meet the seller and pay him in
cash. There are two risks: being extorted under threat and acquiring
fake gold coins! To reduce these possible fears, you could purchase
small-denomination gold or silver coins. Always favour small coins,
because if the price of gold ever rises to a stratospheric level, your bullion or large coins will
become very difficult to exchange for anything. You can also buy one gram bars, five gram
bars, etc.
One person pointed out this alternative which may be interesting: https://www.veracash.fr/

Some will bring up crypto-currencies, but sorry, I don't know much about them. I am afraid
that these are victims of a bubble and will be swept away by the state crypto. For all that,
Bitcoin is a bit of a gold standard for cryptos (beware of all the new ones that are appearing
now). It's always good to diversify your investments, the total risk is to the one who only
invests in one option. So having a little bit could be useful.

If the collapse doesn't happen too quickly, you could buy farmland, or even forest; there are
currently many collectives looking for people to invest in creating sustainable self-sustaining
bases, new-world cooperatives or simply setting up cooperative/shared gardens.

17. Everyday Carry (EDC) bag and evacuation

Although the content of this document is primarily aimed at organising your home to help
you weather the "coming storm", it is important to have an EDC bag (evacuation and survival
bag). You don't know how things will turn out and it is best to plan ahead.

This is particularly important for people living in large urban areas. Although all the signs are
red, and even though the warning signs keep saying to leave the big cities, not everyone can
afford it.

Here is an explanation of how to make an EDC bag (evacuation and survival bag), for those
who are not familiar with this principle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ms8R5q0a70

A few things to add:

 Always keep a stock of matches at home and in your bag,

 EDC (ideally waterproof for the bag) and lighters (these were essential during
the war in Yugoslavia),
 A hiking water filter (very light, between 50 and 100 gr) Lifestraw, Sawyer,
Hurakan, etc.
 Dynamo Solar Power Emergency Radio,
 Assemble photocopies of your identity papers, driving licence and all important
documents (one copy at home, one copy for the EDC bag, one copy elsewhere),
 Have topographical maps that can replace the GPS if it is no longer working,
 For women, for reasons of safety and hygiene, it may be useful to carry a Freelax
or other (ideal for the car and in the EDC bag):

Portable-Shrinkable-Outdoor-
Personal/dp/B08NDLTRHL/

Plan B for evacuation Imagine and organise a plan B if you ever have to leave your home
in a hurry. This could be to join family in the country or friends. Make arrangements with
them in advance – do not do anything unannounced.

Message to survivalists, bushcrafters:

This document is meant to be in tune with reality. Reality is families with or without
children, with or without elderly parents. Those who flex their muscles or think they are
invincible by thinking they can survive in the forest should take a look around them. To think
today that it is possible for a single woman with her three-year-old child to escape an army
that would hunt down individuals who do not meet the "new standards" is a total illusion
and dangerous talk. How long do the most seasoned fugitives last? In Dordogne, France, it
was 36 hours for a soldier! (31 May 2021) So please don't put such false ideas into people's
heads.

Boycott the big industrial food groups. La Quinta Columna has provided evidence of the
presence of graphene oxide in certain food products of the Nestlé group.

To reiterate, this document is only a basis for reflection and it is up to each person to adapt
it to his or her particular, unique and singular situation. Numerous parameters must be
evaluated and modified according to living conditions: house or flat, tenant or owner, in
town or in the country, with or without children, upstairs or downstairs, etc.
The needs of a person living on the 15th floor of a high-rise building will not be the same as
those of a person living in a bungalow with land in the countryside.

It is advisable to move away from large conurbations.

Final thoughts

Far from wanting to frighten you, the aim of this document is to provide you with the basic
elements to prepare yourself so that you can be more serene in the face of potential future
risks. You all know the saying: one well-informed man is worth two. You also know that a
majority of people will find themselves in a panic, so it is better to avoid being one of them.
Being at home, organised, calm, allows you to refocus, to be more attentive to your loved
ones and yourself, but also to prepare yourself spiritually and this is really the most
important thing in difficult times.

Nevertheless, do not waste time. Everything is accelerating. The situation is deteriorating

and this could lead to food shortages.

So prepare yourself quickly so that you can rest easy. Preparation is key.

Concerning the links indicated: I have no agreement for sales, the purpose of this document is to
provide you with leads, the rest is none of my business. You will notice that I sometimes indicate links
to Amazon or Cdiscount or other big companies. Unfortunately, today, it is almost impossible to avoid
them for certain purchases. Some companies like Litionite only sell through Amazon, and for those
who have limited financial means, it must be recognized that their prices are often more competitive,
allowing to equip oneself at a lower cost and especially quickly. In addition, some sites that are
believed to be independent of large industrial groups are often resold to these same groups, an
example: Greenweez which belongs since 2016 to Carrefour.
