Effective 1st April 2019, Medical Allowance and Conveyance Allowance merged with Other Allowance
Perquisites:
- At the time of exit, Gratuity shall be payable to you as per Payment of Gratuity Act/ Company Scheme as applicable
- Hospitalization insurance provided for self, spouse & maximum two children up to the age of 21 years (Family Floater Cover)
- Life Insurance for self is provided by the company. Sum Assured is equivalent to one annual base salary
- Accident Insurance for self is provided by the company as per Company Policy
- Sales Incentive scheme as per company policy
- Bonus conforms to/is in lieu of statutory bonus under Payment of Bonus Act.
- Eligible Employees (refer the communication shared on Flexible Benefits), will receive tenure based India Abbott Points as per the Flexible
Benefits Policy: 9100 points for those with greater than 5 years tenure with Abbott, 8450 points for tenure between 4-5 years, 7800 points
for tenure between 3-4 years, 7150 points for tenure between 2-3 years and 6500 points for tenure between 1-2 years.
- The company has the discretion to change the compensation structure from time to time in relation to any current or future regulatory
changes
