Dear Ma’am Geraldine Remo,

The undersigned is the parent of Gia Summer V. Sy, who is a student

attending your Art Class. With due respect, I want your kind permission to
allow my daughter to bring her camera in school in order for her to
accomplish the PT requirement. I can assure you that the camera will be
used solely for academic purposes.
