This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE LATE RODELY BROCES,

made, entered and executed into by and among:

“HEIRS”

1. Evelyn Z. Broces, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and

postal address at 2151-H Ciriaco Tuason St. San Andres
Malate, Manila;
2. Frances Marie B. McWilliams, of legal age, Filipino, with
residence and postal address at 5710 NE 33 rd Avenue,
Vancouver, WA;
3. Kristine Rita B. Cailo, of legal age, Filipino, with residence
and postal address at 2151-H Ciriaco Tuason St. San Andres
Malate, Manila;
4. Stephanie Joy Broces, of legal age, Filipino, with residence
and postal address at 2151-H Ciriaco Tuason St. San Andres
Malate, Manila;

WITNESSETH: That-

WHEREAS, RODELY BROCES, (hereinafter referred to as

“DECEASED”) died intestate. The Deceased was a resident of Malate,
Manila at the time of their death.

WHEREAS, Rodely Broces died on September 15, 2019;

WHEREAS, the HEIRS are the legitimate children and surviving

spouse of the DECEASED;

WHEREAS, the DECEASED, at the time of their death, left a personal

property. To wit:

 Copy of the Certification from Sun Life Financial (SLF) TCT is
hereto attached as Annexes “A”, and made as an integral part thereof;

WHEREAS, the above mentioned shares of stock were acquired

by the Deceased during his lifetime;

WHREAS, no other personal or real property are involved in this

agreement;

WHEREAS, the Deceased has no known debt or lobligation at the

time of their death;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of all the foregoing

premises, the parties hereto, all being of legal age and with full civil capacity
to contract, do hereby, by these presents agree to distribute and adjudicate
to Evelyn Z. Broces the foregoing properties according to the following:

a. The FULL 80 shares is adjudicated to Evelyn Z. Broces.

THAT, the foregoing adjudication involve shares of stock and is

subject to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs, and other persons who
might have been deprived of lawful participation in the estate of the
decedent for the period of Two (2) years from and after the settlement and
distribution thereof, in accordance with provisions of and involving provision
of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court and;

THAT, further in the remote event that any other property of the
decedent should ever be found not included in the hereinabove the parties
hereto further agree as they do so agree to settle and distribute are herein
established and disposed.

that the same are their own free and voluntary act and Deed in accordance
with the 2004 Rules on Notarial Practice.

upon acknowledgement is written and had been signed by the parties and
their instrumental witnesses on each and every page thereof and refers to
an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
