JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RUBY ANN D. RODOLFO and KOHL CAESEY G. JARABE, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents of Barangay 492 Pasong Kawayan 1 General Trias Cavite, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Barangay 492 Pasong Kawayan 1 General Trias Cavite for
more than fifty (50) years, and during this period of time, we have personally known CLARK
GREGORY S. ALBAO, being our friend, neighbor and close acquaintance;

2. That during the same period of time, we personally know him to have used CLARK
GREGORY S. ALBAO as his name on all records and transactions;

3. That to the best of our knowledge; the name CLARK GREGORY SARIQUE. ALBAO, and
CLARK GREGORY ALBAO, do refer to one and the same person;

4. That this apparent discrepancy may have been caused by a past mistake or clerical error on
the documentation of names, written or printed;

5. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary consideration but solely
for the purpose of declaring that the two names refer to one and the same person.
