Introduction

Dutch Mechanica (PTY) LTD is a container conversion and container architecture company that is
currently seeking a Content Creator specializing in shipping container conversions and container
architecture. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to
exciting projects and shaping the future of container-based living and design.

As part of our expansion plans, Dutch Mechanica (PTY) LTD is in the process of forming a new subsidiary
company that will focus specifically on container domiciliary solutions. Once the branding process is
complete, you will be transferred under the employment of this new company. The subsidiary company
will specialize in container domiciliary solutions, offering innovative and sustainable living spaces.

Responislbities

As the Architectural Content Creator at Dutch Mechanica (PTY) LTD, your responsibilities will include:

1. Content Creation: Developing compelling and engaging content related to shipping container
conversions, container architecture, and modular living. This includes writing blog articles, website
content, social media posts, case studies, and promotional materials.
2. Marketing Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing
strategies that promote container conversion services and attract potential clients. Staying
updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing efforts remain relevant
and impactful.
3. Branding and Messaging: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring that all content
aligns with the company's brand identity. Crafting clear and persuasive messaging that highlights
the unique advantages of container conversions and resonates with the target audience.
4. Research and Innovation: Conducting research on container conversion trends, innovative
designs, and emerging technologies in the field. Staying informed about sustainable building
practices and eco-friendly solutions, and integrating them into content and marketing efforts.

To be considered for this position, the following requirements should be met:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the architecture, construction,


or design industry. Familiarity with shipping container conversions is a plus.
2. Excellent Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to
create clear, concise, and persuasive content that effectively communicates the company's
message to a wide audience.
3. Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Ability to
contribute to marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Content Ownership

Additionally, any existing content created by the candidate prior to joining the company and voluntarily
brought into the company for marketing purposes will become the sole property of Dutch Mechanica
(PTY) LTD. The company will have full ownership rights over such content, and the candidate or any other
person will not be allowed to use it elsewhere or in the future for their personal or professional use without
explicit permission from the company. This ensures that all marketing materials and content remain
exclusively for the benefit of Dutch Mechanica (PTY) LTD and its marketing efforts.

Salary

The salary range for this position is between 30,000.00 USD and 40,000.00 USD per year, based on
qualifications, experience, and market standards. In addition to the competitive salary, the company

specific targets. These opportunities include:

1. Performance-Based Salary Increase: After successfully completing the initial 6-month period and
meeting or exceeding performance expectations, you will be eligible for a significant salary
increase of up to 100%.
2. Profit Sharing: In addition to the base salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn a share of the
company's profits based on predefined performance metrics and financial goals.
3. Performance Bonuses: The company offers performance-based bonuses to further recognize
exceptional results. Achieving or surpassing specific milestones and targets will make you eligible
for additional financial rewards.
4. Commission Structure: As part of the sales and marketing efforts, you'll have the opportunity to
earn commission based on successfully securing new business and meeting sales targets.

The specifics of the growth structure, profit sharing, bonuses, and commission structure will be detailed in
your employment contract and are subject to the company's policies and performance evaluation

Probation Period

For the probationary period of 3 months, starting from the date of employment, the Content Creator will
have specific terms and conditions:

1. Duration: The probation period will last for 3 months.


2. Performance Targets: During the probation period, the Content Creator will be required to meet
specific performance targets tied to actual sales and revenue generated. Monthly website visits
should aim to achieve between 5,000 and 8,000 visits to the company's website.
3. Salary Payment Contingency: Salary payments during the probation period are contingent upon
meeting the performance targets and achieving a minimum sales goal of 5 units in the first month.
This condition ensures that there is sufficient revenue generated to cover expenses, including
salary payments.
4. Bonus and Profit-Sharing Opportunities: In addition to the base salary, the Content Creator will
have the opportunity to earn bonuses and participate in profit-sharing based on their
performance during the probation period. The specific bonus structure and profit-sharing
arrangements will be determined by the company's policies and financial capabilities. The
estimated bonus and profit-sharing percentage will range from 2.5% to 5% of the net profit from
each sale.
5. Communication and Transparency: The company will maintain open communication with the
Content Creator throughout the probation period, providing regular updates on sales progress
and revenue. If the performance targets or sales goal are not met, the Content Creator will be
informed promptly, and alternative arrangements or adjustments can be discussed.
6. Performance Evaluation: At the end of the probation period, the Content Creator's performance
will be evaluated based on the achievement of the performance targets and the overall
contribution to the company's sales and revenue. This evaluation will determine their transition
from probationary status to permanent employment.

Upon successful completion of the probation period, the Content Creator will be offered a permanent
position within the company. Furthermore, after an additional 3 months of permanent employment, there
is a potential for a salary increase of nearly 100% if the company's targets are achieved as a direct result
of their efforts.

It's important to note that the specific targets, bonus structure, and salary payment conditions should be
clearly outlined in the employment contract or agreement between the Content Creator and the
company to ensure mutual understanding and transparency regarding expectations and rewards. If you
