If I were to choose, I would choose the situation wherein I am an employer. As an employer, I am

tasked to find suited employees for the business that I have. It is important for me to find employees that
are fitted to the job that I have. It is also important that as an employer, I should have a good relationship
with my employees. Having a bad relationship with my employees may result to unwanted occurrence.
As an example is when the employer has a bad attitude such as scolding or not considering any opinions
from the employees may result to the employees resigning. So it is important to have a good attitude such
as respecting your employees and treating them right. Another is giving the right salary at the right time
and providing a good working place as it is a responsibility that should be shouldered by the employer.
Furthermore, employees should be given support for their career development, rewards and benefits, and
provided trainings to educate them by the employer. It is important to develop and expand the knowledge
of the employees as it is for the business and themselves.

In this time of pandemic, many businesses are closing for their own safety and there are also the ones
who are taking risks just to earn money. As an example of the companies who are still operating is the
company my mom is working for. It is undeniable that going outside our homes is very dangerous;
however without working there would be no money to use. My mother’s employer took all the risks just
to make their company operate again and for that to happen, they came up with protocols. One of the
protocols that I have come to know are that the employees of that company will be riding the company
van to go directly home and also from home to go to the company. Another one is the monthly rapid
testing and weekly cleaning of the company which is a great step for the employer as they prioritize the
safety of their employees.
