1) Customer Request:- Customer request the order that I want to send the order. 2) Goods Booking:- Company books the order of the customer and the company ask the customer whether he/she him/herself comes to the office they called it walking Customer and will place or they ask the company to send the rider and pick up the parcel and they called it Premises. 3) Goods received:- They goods will be received from at the TCS small shops. These shops are located at the different locations all across Pakistan. 4) Booking Centre:- Parcels will be delivered by small trucks to the medium warehouses which they called them Booking Centers. 5) Transportation:- The parcels will then be delivered by trucks to the hub. 6) Hub:- All the parcels from the area of Lahore sent to the large Warehouses and these warehouses are located at the 3 locations. Thokar Niaz Baig, Davis Road and Airport. 7) Sorting:- These Parcels at the Hub sorted to the locations to which they will be delivered. (Location means Cities and the customer address). 8) Goods Type:- At this point they sort out the parcel according to the type of goods. Means it is a liquid, fragile or other type of good. 9) Segregation of goods:- After the goods type are selected then they are again segregated according to the location of the customer. 10) Air:- The company called it Support Hub. Divide the geographical area into three parts. South Region which includes (Karachi, Sindh etc), Center Region (which includes ( Lahore, Multan, Islamabad etc) and North region which includes (Muree, Gilgit, Abottabad etc). The Support Hub is used for Karachi and Lahore. The deliveries in the Southern regions are covered by the Support hub through Karachi airport and the deliveries in the Northern Areas are covered by the support hub through Lahore airport. 11) Different cities:- The goods will be segregated at the airport depending upon the different cities mentioned on them. 12) Connected by road:- The parcels will be delivered through a connection of roads. 13) Delivered to customers:- The parcels are then delivered to the customers at their doorstep.
