CRITICAL SUMMARY: FIRST DAY OF ENGLISH CLASSES AT

TRU

On the first day of English classes at TRU, it was a sunny day and the

session started with a warm introduction of Professor Steve Jones, he is

a British as well as Canadian citizen and have a generous nature and

was friendly with students.

To add on, the professor asked students to introduce themselves with

there hobbies and their plan for future, many of them were from

business fields but had different ideology and career paths. Moreover,

professor discussed some topics that were controversial and do show

some videos that was part of debate between the students and

professor. Also, some students found it very amazing as it was a new

way of learning language in TRU rather than the way they gained

education of language in their own country.

Lastly, the first day of English classes at TRU was an amazing experience

for students as they met new people from different country and

engaging with teacher with good nature and having great knowledge of

language with an innovative way of teaching and interacting with other

students.
