    Dear Sir,

    We, GCL88 Builders and Commercial Trading Corp. writing to you with a proposal and
    expressing my interest in your Commercial Property located at Tanza Cavite, and I have been
    looking into properties to lease, And I propose to lease your property for a period of thirty (30)
    years with an option of open contract with two million and five hundred thousand pesos only
    (P2,500,000.00) as annual rental fee.

    We plan to expand our business where your property is located. The location of your
    property is suited for the business we’re planning to start as our target market. We will build a
    small dock for LCT and small stockpile for gravel and sand at the back area of the said
    properties, and we would to build a mini resort in front area of the said properties. And if
    possible we would like to build a small firing range as partnership soon (as we discuss with Mrs.
    Cherry Ligon).

    We can assure you that we are a good tenant and will abide by our agreed terms and
    conditions and pay the said rental on time.

    We hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
