l am a student who has been observing and

doing research on specific groups of teenagers
in Dar Es Salaam during their nights out.

Personally l came to a conclusion after the past

few months that these people need to self
reflect and consider changing.They have
displayed questionable and beyond concerning
behavior while being severely intoxicated
ruining the experience of other people there
who just wanted to have a good night leading
to unnecessary fights and arguments.

They don’t show respect to the people working

there or consider how their actions intervene
and a"ect them throughout their shift or even
after that.

We as people must change and become more

aware of our surroundings.we need to stop
being selfish and start thinking about the
consequences of our actions and become more
self aware.We must learn to be mature and
know when enough is enough and not let our
peers pressure us to take more than what we
can.Have your fun but know your limitations
and think about how this might a"ect your
future.Let’s treat people the way we would
want to be treated.
