This project’s shape is inspired

by a schematic drawing of
earth’s magnetic force. The
sphere formation is coated in
rolled paper module randomly
in size and color.

This project’s main goal is to provide

safe and comfortable classroom for
UNTAR’s deaf architecture
department students.
Taking place in the L802 classroom,
deaf space standards and additional
standards were applied to meet
comfort standard for deaf people.
Model making is the main

presentation method chosen for
this project because it focuses
more on replacing interior layout
and interior material finishing to
meet deaf people’s comfort
and safety standards.

Sunter Jaya Abode is an
apartment building with multiple
functions such as public space,
co-working space, food court, and
living space (apartment). Public
building and apartment building
are separated for it’s residents’
safety, and comfort purposes.
Public building is facilitated with a

roof garden located in it’s third
floor. There is a commercial area
(food court) for residents and
local residents as business site or
shopping destination.
Apartment building is facilitated
with an outdoor sport field on top
of the building. This sport field is
open for residents only. The
apartment building have total of
14 units each is 31,5m2.

Ancol Seaside Apartment is a

part of a mixed use waterfront
new development group project.
Ancol is an area in Jakarta with
mid to high economic income
level, so this apartment was
design to meet the demand of
Ancol area.
Ancol Seaside Apartment is

facilitated with public area which
have restaurants, swimming pool,
salon, and other daily needs, as
well as private parking area for
apartment residents.
This apartment as three types of
rooms 2 bedroom units, 3 bedroom
units, and penthouse units. There is
also a residents only bar, game
room, and roof top garden.

Batavia Heritage Walk is a cultural center
with an open space that connects to
promenade beside Ciliwung River. Experiment Model
The concept behind the design is

colonialism era in the present and the
past. The north part of the building is
highly inspired by building design from
the colonialism era in Jakarta. While the
south part of the building display a more Idea
modern design by applying bracing
system as the main structure.
The design of colonial era

building is borrowed as an
inspiration so that this project
wouldn’t contrast it’s
surrounding too much, for
Jakarta Old Town is an area
where it’s used to be the
administrative center of Batavia View from inside Application
(Jakarta’s former name). the building to building
