CONTRACT

This agreement made between friends Global Company for
performing arts by Mr. Ahmamed abdelsttar ahamed

art director and MR. MOHANED HASSAN HASSANEIN
DESOUKY . nationality Egypt \ passport NOA3167309 . AS .
the commissioner and general director of circus-
“International Circus”
And
MR.ABBAS HAWI MABZBAN ;Nationality IRAQ - chairman
and DIRECTOR of (ALTAYYAR COMPANY). ERBIL –
KURDISTAN - AS SPONSOR OF THE CIRCUS

The Company engages The Artists with acts: HIGH WIRE SHOW .
Contract 3 months will commence on 20 SEPTEMBER 2023 ending on 20 DECEMBER 2023
and renew
The Artist will have the option to extend this contract by new agreement with The Company.

SALARY

The Artist will receive the sum of 100$ per day each one . for 1 or 2 show .

The Artist agrees to make 2 shows in day. 3rd show is 50% of the day payment.

The payment is: The Company pays salary to The Artist every 10 days .

TRAVEL
 RECEPTOR

The tickets from TASHKENT (UZBEKISTAN) to erbil (kurdistan) and return to TASHKENT
(UZBEKISTAN) will paid by The Company. (Artist will have tickets go and back before travel to
kurdistan) .

The excess buggage (equipment) of The Artist will be paid by The Company before start work.

The Company will make work visa for Artists .

Work will be in circus inside erbil zoo

ACCOMMODATION

The Artist will live in good apartment ..

The company pay 10$ per day each one for food .

The performance suites of the Artist have to artist must be close and cover all body.

The Artist has to respect the traditions and cultures of the country.

The Artist not allowed to sign contract with another company only after finish this contract

and come back to home after artist will be free

The Artists have right to stop the work if company not pay or no pay on time .

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

THE COMPANY WILL GIVE HELTH INSURANCE

SHOW AND IN TRAINNING...
