I: USAGE
GZ VMS series is manual optical image measuring instrument, equipped with powerful software and hardware
technology, which can automatically accurately measure points, lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, angles, curves,
lengths, widths, heights, hole distances, space distances, Pin spacing, thickness, arc, diameter, radius, groove,
R angle and other geometric elements. It adopts original imported screw driving and servo control technology
and combined with accurate measurement software to achieve efficient and accurate mass products
measurement, to provide help for the precision work-parts inspection and quality control. It is widely used in
industries such as hardware, plastics, electronics, molds, hardware processing, cell phone accessories,
computer accessories, auto parts, clocks and watches, circuit boards and other industries.
 II: FEATURES
1) The base, column and worktable are all made by 00 grade Jinan granite, with stable structure and reliableaccuracy.
2) XYZ axis are all used Taiwan original precision linear guide, equipped with toothless friction transmissiongroup, make the equipment
positioning accurate, no noise, no vibration.
3) The grating ruler adopts the trusted high-resolution profile ruler of the old domestic military industry brand.

4) High-quality optical system and high-resolution camera, clear picture, making the measurement moreaccurate.
5) Probe and laser can be added to realize simple three-dimensional measurement

6) Both upper and lower light sources adopt LED, with long service life, and software-assisted dimming to achieve precise measurement
especially the workpiece straightening function.
7) With RS-232 interface connected to the computer and specialized measuring software, it can deal with the mapping graphics and all the
measurement data or graphic can be directly converted to Word, Excel, Auto CAD reports.
