Dear Sir,

Please note that 3D Printer Training and commissioning has successfully done yesterday dated March
27, 2023 in F03 Mold Shop. Find below summary training exercise conducted by Sir Nino Silva from
“Omnifab Inc.” for your reference

Training had been started around 11:45am and tackled the following;
Inspection of unit and parts available along with 3D Printer
3D Printer Components
Check Wi-Fi Connection
Basic Operation and Setting Up Parameter of TUMAKER 3D Printer
Simi Manual Calibration
Commissioning and Start Up

THE END TO END PROCESS:

The Software ( INDART3D)
The slicer is loaded and the appropriate config.ini file is loaded
The SolidWorks 3D CAD files are prepared or obtained and are added to the platter
The STL converted to a GCODE and export it to a file
The Converted SolidWorks CAD file to a GCODE file
The file can then be printed

PRINTING EXERCIZE:
Trial run using our “Utensil Holder In-House Designed” to see the operation and quality of 3D printer
using raw mats “PP Pelletize” filament. Had been done some exercise as well during printing by cut or
pause the printing without any printing issue and then resumed printing (That’s should be note down
the last level as reference)

Wi-Fi Connection need for improvement
Avoid heavy vibration during printing process
Use filament VIRGIN MATERIALS is a MUST
3D Printer screen should not be touched with an UNAUTHORIZED PERSON for SAFETY and protection
Need to have more printing exercise to have full familiarization of this 3D Printer
