Each quarter, begin by reflecting on the past 90 days and what you want to accomplish for the next 90 and
beyond. Review the company goals and make sure your goals are aligned with the overall company
goals. All feedback should be constructive and as detailed as possible. Use the SMART technique
whenever possible: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound
These will be based on calendar quarters (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec). Your quarterly reviews
will start at the beginning of your first full quarter.
Copy the template for each quarter and review the last quarter's document as you start your next quarter's
document.
Work with your manager to find ways to hold each of you accountable for the goals throughout the quarter-
is this through weekly calls, monthly check ins, etc.
Make sure to revisit this document throughout the quarter, to make sure you do not veer too far from the
goals and/or discuss if the goals have changed mid-quarter
