Dear Sir/Ma’am Administration,

I am writing to formally apologize for my recent actions on social media, where I posted
about my tuition fees without fully understanding the rules and policies of the school. I
understand that my actions were inappropriate and potentially harmful to the reputation of the
school.
I realize that as a student, I have a responsibility to uphold the values and standards of the
school, and my behavior on social media fell short of those expectations. I am deeply sorry for
any negative impact my actions may have had on the school, its staff, or my fellow students.
Moving forward, I will take steps to ensure that I fully understand the rules and
regulations of the school and will act in accordance with them. I understand that my actions have
consequences, and I am willing to accept any disciplinary action that the school deems
appropriate.
Once again, I offer my sincerest apologies for my behavior and any harm it may have
caused. I am committed to making amends and earning back the trust and respect of the school
community.
