Registration for ABC-ID: Academic Bank of Credits as per (NEP-2020 Guidelines)
Dear Students,
Full Forms, you need to know:
1) PRN: Permanent Registration Number (Given by the College on BVDU Marksheet / Hall Ticket /
made available by the Class Teacher)
2) ABC: (12 Digit) Academic Bank Credits ID you need to create and should provide to College by
using the Google From shared by your Class Teacher. (Follow the procedure furnished below &
create your own ABC-ID.
It is through the National Education Policy – 2020 India is entering into a new Phase, new
Era of Education. In this regard, you all (Present and Past Students) should provide us your
ABC-ID to transfer your Academic Credits after completing your course phase-wise in future.
Why ABC Registration?
 University will upload your Degree Certificates by using your ABC-ID
 As here after, all programs & Courses carry the credits, these credits will be deposited and
transferred through the ABC ID.
 The digital documents will be available to the students & the University through a common
platform.
 Complete this process immediately as you will need it in future.
Process you need to do:
1) Visit the website: https://abc.gov.in/
2) Click on My Account Menu & select Student
3) Click on Sign up for Meri Pehchan
4) Enter Mobile Number (Linked with Aadhar Card)
5) Mention Name, Date of Birth, Gender, User Name, Password
6) Enter Aadhar Card Number,
7) Log-Out & Sign-in-Again
8) 12 Digit ABC ID will be prompted on Screen
9) Take a Screenshot / note it carefully
10) Also keep your PRN ready (Permanent Registration Number ready with you) It is printed on
your BVDU Marksheet / Hall Ticket / provided by your class teacher
11) Your Class Teacher will share the Google form shortly
12) Mention and also attach your ABC ID & other details by using the Google Form shared by
your Class Teacher
13) Submit the Print / Hard Copy of the ABC-ID to your class teacher and collect your Hall
Ticket. (In upper right corner, mention your Roll No. Name, Class, & PRN for physical
verification)
Or You can also use Digi-Locker App through Play-Store
1) Go to PlayStore
2) Download ‘Digi-Locker’ App
3) Refresh it for the latest version
4) Follow the procedure
5) Your Class Teacher will share the Google form shortly
6) Mention and attach your ABC ID & other details by using the Google Form shared by
your Class Teacher
7) Submit the Print / Hard Copy of the ABC-ID to your class teacher and collect your
Hall Ticket. (In upper right corner, mention your Roll No. Name, Class, & PRN for
physical verification)
