 INTRODUCTION

1.1. Identification of Client /Need / Relevant Contemporary issue

Buying and selling can be a challenging task due to a lot of risks like payment frauds, financial risk,
delivery issues, return and refunds. Our application work as a platform where users can easily buy,
sell or rent various goods and services. It is a spam free application which makes buying and selling
easy and 100% secured. In a buying and selling app a person can sell their old items which are not
more useful to them whereas a Buyer can purchase the required item in less cost. Sometimes a person
needs a thing for a small interval of time to solve this problem rental services are provided in which
a person can rent an item on the day and month basis as well.

1.2. Identification of Problem

There have been numerals of approaches made in the earlier period but those were not that much safe
there are some user trust and safety issues as well as they are very complex to use most of apps are
not providing rental services even these apps take a lot of time to response to the queries of costumers
but in our app, we are providing a spam free platform which is very easy to use with features like rent
services and a chat bot to solve our costumer queries.

1.3. Identification of Tasks

Developing a buying selling and rental app consist of stages like Market Research, Define
Requirements, Design user interface, development and testing and the last stage is safe payment
Integration. There is registration and identity verification(otp) like features, so that it maintains the
privacy of once and maintain the security
Market Research:
Market research helps to understand your target audience their needs and the competion in the field.
like sometime due to long distance or high delivery cost person can’t afford the things. So, our app
provides the best product in less delivery cost. This app mainly works in our university campus which
helps everyone.
Define Requirements:
Determine the core features and functionality your app will offer such as user registration search
filters chatbot and secure payment processing and also provide the history of previous interaction that
was done by customer.
Design user interface:
Design a user-friendly interface for buying, selling and rental service in the app including buying
purchasing and renting options which is easy to use with secure payment options and we also provide
customer support feature by redirect the customer to chat with our customer care

 Development and Testing:
Develop the app with the required features and test them again and again for the best results it is the
best way to develop a bug free app. It is essential to ensure through testing and user feedback to create
an effective and user-friendly feature that alliance with the user needs and expectations.
Integrate a secure payment gateway that allows users to make payments for item and services
implement encryption and security measure to protect users’ financial information and ensure
secured transactions.

1.5. Organization of the Report
Introduction – In the Introduction the identification of the problem and the task has been discussed.
Literature review – This phase includes the surveys and the technical details of the application which
will help to provide more credibility to the market recommendations and hence improve best quality
and deliver needful product.
Design Flow / Process – The DFD diagram and the layout of the application will be discussed.
Result Analysis and validation – This will be done in the last steps to take care if the customer
requirements are fulfilled or not. Amendments and insertions can be done according to the feedbacks
and surveys received.
Conclusion and Future Work -Will include the final discussion and analysis of the developed
application.
