The Forward Energy Evolution

Hydrogen is abundant, being the most common elements in the Universe. Unlike Oil, large
Reservoirs of Hydrogen are not be found on the Earth. Hydrogen Atoms are bound together in
Molecules with other Elements, and is extracted to be used for Combustion or Fuel Cells. Once it is
separated, Hydrogen is an extremely Clean Energy Carrier.
HAVI has developed and are in process of conducting Type Test of Entire range of Products for
Onboard Carriers and Refuelling Stations as per EU-406 regulations and ISO 19880 Standard.

 Information

H-Series High Pressure Connectors

HAVI - H Series Fittings comprises of three Components
Tube
namely a Tube or a Nipple, Gland and a Collar. The Fittings are
Certied to ISO 19880 test requirements and are capable to
withstand pressures upto 22000 PSI. Gland
These Fittings are available in the sizes of 1/4", 3/8", 9/16", 3/4"
and 1". These are also available with variable Connections as
per the requirement. These are available in congurations Collar
such as Union, Union Tee, Union Elbow, Uunion Cross,
Manifold, Nipples as a Standard.
These Fittings gives a Leak tight Performance on a variety of
Tubing type and Materials. These Fittings have coned and
threaded type connections. Mounting holes are standard on
all elbows, Tees and Crosses.

Features
Cone and thread (C&T) connection provides dependable medium and high Pressure performance.
Weep Holes are standard on all Pressure connections to verify proper Connection.

Female Medium- and High-pressure C&T Fittings and couplings are supplied complete with glands
and collars except where noted.

C&T Fittings can be manufactured to meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156

All H-Series Fittings are supplied with Glands and Collars. Refer to the adjacent chart for
ordering any of the connection components individually. When using the Plug, the Collar is not
needed

 Assembly Procedure

Assembly Procedure
Step 1.
Slip the Gland Nut onto the Threaded Tube or the Nipple

Step 2.
Screw the Collar onto the Tube. Keep 1 or 2 threads of the Tube or Nipple exposed before the Cone.

Step 3.
Apply Temperature suitable Lubricant on the threads of Gland.

Step 4.
Screw the Assembly onto the Female thread of Fitting Body till Finger tight.

Step 5.
Tighten the Gland as per the Torque Chart given below.

 H-Series Valves

Single & Double Block & Bleed Valves

H-Series Single & Double Block and Bleed Valves comes with Needle, Needle, Needle Conguration. These
are Metal seated to achieve Highest level of Safety & Reliability under High Pressure Condition. It has 2 High
Pressure Isolation Valve and 1 Standard Needle Valve for Drain.
Block & Bleed Valves are used for Instrumentation Application for Pressure Measurement, These are
Compact and reduces the use of Connections and space which are used with Individual Valves for Block &
Bleed Application.
These Valves has the Working Pressure of 22,500 PSI and are best for Hydrogen Application.

 H-Series Valves

H-Series Check Valve

H-Series Check Valves comes with Soft Seal and Poppet for compatibility with various Media. The Working
Pressure Rating of these Valves is 22,500 psi with a Cracking Pressure in the range of 15 to 20 PSI..
These are designed for Directional Flow Control only. For Valves which are not in operation for long period,
the Initial Cracking Pressure may be higher than the set Cracking Pressure. These comes in SS316L
Construction.
