    Investigatio n of cause quantity of Order was not high, we did not prepare gauges for the Female and Male threads. The Inspection of & Corrective threads on both the Body and Caps was done with the Action
    help of Thread Slip Gauges. To Order for new gauges for thread Inspection. Action Taken Henceforth all the threads are to be compulsarily
