● Page Number: Starting from cover page but not visible in cover page (number and

● Heading Levels

● Heading One - Centered, bold, capitalize first letter of major word class,
space (zero after & before)

● Heading Two- Left aligned, bold, capitalize first letter of major word
class, space (zero after & before)

● Heading Three- Left aligned, italicized, bold, capitalize first letter of

major word class, space (zero after & before).

● Heading Four. – 0.5-inch indentation, left aligned, bold, capitalize first

letter of major word class, space (zero after & before), period, and text
right after title.

● Heading Five. – 0.5-inch indentation, left aligned, italicized, bold,

capitalize first letter of major word class, space (zero after & before),
period, and text right after title.
