 Service Charge

1. Permanent Hiring: 8.33% of the Annual CTC payable after 30 days of joining.

2. C2H Hiring: We will share proposal for different resources based on each and every requirements,
as there is no fixed percentage and it depends on the level of experience, market demand for that
role, scarcity and duration of the contract. Normally it is between 10% to 25% and vary from case to
case basis.

3. C2H resources can be absorbed after 12 months of services by paying 5% of the annual CTC as a
service charge.
 Terms & Conditions
1. All the Govt. tax/GST so applicable will be paid extra by the client.

2. We shall raise the invoice , for service Charges on the joining of the candidate which will be cleared within 30

Days from the date of joining of the candidate.

3. We will provide free replacement of any candidate who leave the services of “Clients” on their own within a

period of 90 Days from the date of joining.

4. All payments will be made in favor of Deuglo Infosystem Private Limited as per invoice.

5. All profiles of the candidate shared by any of the recruiters or team members of the Deuglo will be considered

as a candidate of Deuglo for a period of 12 Months.
