1. Permanent Hiring: 8.33% of the Annual CTC payable after 30 days of joining.
2. C2H Hiring: We will share proposal for different resources based on each and every requirements,
as there is no fixed percentage and it depends on the level of experience, market demand for that
role, scarcity and duration of the contract. Normally it is between 10% to 25% and vary from case to
case basis.
3. C2H resources can be absorbed after 12 months of services by paying 5% of the annual CTC as a
service charge.
