Quick N Easy Club Coupe

Full Size Wood Toy Plans


The Quick N Easy Club Coupe is part of the Quick N Easy
5 Car Fleet of wood toy plans. The 5 original designs are
crafted for the toymaker who needs a quick build for gifts
or Craft Show sales. Each part is designed to be made
quickly with common 1/4”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1-1/2” lumber
found in your neighborhood Home Improvement stores.
The axle pegs and 1-1/4” diameter wheels are available at
Hobby Lobby or at online stores like craftparts.com.

CLUB COUPE

This clear-coated wood toy can be built with danish


plywood, hardwoods, softwoods or MDF. The finish
is spray can Krylon or Rust-Oleum clear gloss. Spray
2 thin coats sanding each coat with 220 sandpaper
when dry. Then spray 3 light final coats of clear,
sanding with 400 sandpaper when dry. Apply final
coat without sanding. All Krylon and Rust-Oleum
paints and finishes are non-toxic when dry.

Drill all holes in Part 1 wood block before cutting block CLUB COUPE
to pattern shape. Parts 1A thru 1HH are sawn out of QUICK N EASY CLUB COUPE
block Part 1 after Part 1 is cut to shape. The cutouts 1A EXPLODED VIEW
thru 1HH are optional to add detailed panel parting lines.
