100 YEARS OF QUALITY, DESIGN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
We would like to invite you into our world at Pali this year
as we celebrate 100 years of crafting fine Italian furniture
for families. It almost seems a fairytale, a moment when
ingenuity and beauty swirled together in the Friuli region
of northeastern Italy and magic was born. What began as
a child’s discovery of beech planks in the rolling hills of the
countryside has evolved into the premier Italian children’s
furniture brand of today.
The Pali family began making chairs when one of our own
children, Secondo Pali, discovered planks of beech wood in
a former military establishment tucked into the surrounding
areas of his village. An idea was born and put into action.
Toiling tirelessly, the Pali family built a reputation for high
quality chairs crafted with a sense of Italian beauty and design. Our styles may have changed over the years, to be sure that

family in our very first workshop that was tucked inside our
family home is what still inspires us all these years later

– All crib slats are constructed of select solid Radiata Pine
for superior strength
– All crib slats are glued and nailed, top and bottom to
ensure product safety
– Taller cases feature tip restraint kits
– Drawers slide in and out smoothly on full-extension
drawer glides
– Self-closing drawers in selected collections
– Drawer boxes crafted out of solid Radiata Pine with
English dovetail joinery at both the front and back
– Each drawer box is finely sanded and finished with a clear
top coat
– Solid wood corner blocks and supports attached
underneath every drawer box at each corner for added
strength
– MDF back panels are attached using screws spaced every
6-8” for secure attachment and easy to access the case
interior in the event a repair is needed.
