 FAST FLAT COURSE!! Fan friendly, Music, large open grass and dirt course, NO HAY BALES.
 MileSplit TX will be onsite again this year reporting on the meet and posting pictures and videos online!!
 CHIP TIMING with Finish Line Race Clock by V Fit Productions with Dual Timing System.
 Live Results: Each Race will be posted online at VFIT Results immediately after each race has finished.
 Runners can warm-up at any time in the designated Warm-up area. (See Facility Map)

8:30am #3 Race HS Varsity Girls 2-Mile Division 1A-4A, Small School Division; 10 Runners Team
9:00am #4 Race HS Varsity Boys 5K Division; 1A-4A, Small School Division; 10 Runners Team
9:30am #5 Race HS-JV Girls 5K Division; Large School Division; Unlimited Runners
10:00am #6 Race HS-JV Boys 5K Division; All Divisions; Unlimited Runners
10:30am #7 Race HS-JV Girls 2-Mile Division 1A-4A, Small School Division; Unlimited Runners

FREE KIDS FUN RUN after the races: Awards to all who participate!! Must not have
participated in any races to be eligible to run!

 REGISTRATION CLOSES: Tuesday, August 31st (11:59pm CDT)

  Entry Fee: ALL High School and Middle School Teams: $100.00 per gender/per Division or
$10.00 per Runner.

 Examples: HS Varsity Boys and Girls and then HS JV Boys and Girls 4 divisions x
$100=$400.00 total. Same for MS races. Boys and Girls 5th/6th grade would be 2 divisions x
$100=$200.00. MS Boys and Girls 7th/8th grade would be 2 divisions x $100=$200.00.

 $20 per runner for Individual/Unattached Runners; registration on MileSplit TX.

 School entry fees are based on the MileSplit Registration that is entered and not who actually
runs the day of the meet since chip timing bibs are being used and cannot be given back for
runners that don’t run.

 Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 20 in all HS divisions & MS 7/8th grade divisions. (MS 5/6th Boys
and Girls are separate divisions and will receive 10 medals each gender)

 All Medals will be given out as the runner passes through the finish line.

 After each race (10-minutes) the Team Awards will be announced and will be presented at the
Announcer Tent where the music is playing.

 HS Varsity, HS JV, and MS 7th/8th grade Divisions: Team Champion and Runner-Up Award.
 5th/6th grade Divisions: Medals Only (Not enough runners/teams for team awards)

 Results: Results will be posted at the check-in (packet pick-up) area after each race.

*All payments must be received before the meet date or at check-in (packet pick-up). Schools/Teams or
Individual-Unattached runners will not be allowed to compete until payment is received! In case of inclement
weather refunds will not be given.

Payment: (NO CASH. Make Checks Payable to “FEAST”). No Refunds will be issued for meet
cancellation due to acts of nature or NO Shows! PLEASE pay by mailing your check into the FEAST
office or paying on-site day of the meet. If payment cannot be made you MUST notify Coach Jones
prior to packet pickup.
