Nozzle Know How

The average nozzle only last approximately 18 months
Nozzles with drilled orifices don’t have surfaces hard enough to hold up to high-pressure water for extended periods. This means that everytime you
use that drilled nozzle it is getting progressively more inefficient. The more worn out the orifices become, the less thrust your jetter will produce. Find
out how replaceable jets can improve your nozzles longevity.

Nozzles need to be properly setup for your jetter flow & pressure
The orifice size and quanitity all contribute to your jetter working like it was designed to. The proper jet configuration is important to your engine
and pump working longevity. Contact us or your local equipment dealer to have a calculation run to show you how your jetter could generate more
thrust, use less fuel and last longer. A flowmeter is necessary to calculate the exact flow at the end of the jet hose due to friction pressure loss.

LP200 GP5132 spheroidal cast iron crankcase gear ends.
Critical components such as crankshafts are

the forces throughout the gear end. Tough
bronze connecting rods not inexpensive

fittings:
Hose fittings and manufacturers are NEVER to be mixed. Each manu-
facturer has their own unique standard for kimping and mending.
Fittings may burst from hose ends if they are mixed or improperly

Minimum Order Quantity
In order for us to maintain the highest service possible we are
requiring a minimum of $50 per sales order (before shipping).
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Orders may be re-
turned only if an Return Material Authorization number is issued
prior to shipment. Orders returned without prior authorization
will be returned to point of origin.
Warranty
12 Month warranty for all “PipeHunter Parts”, any other warran-
ties are responsibility of the original manufacturer and are not
the burden of PipeHunter.
Shipping
Shipping will be completed by UPS unless otherwise requested
by customer.
