District Development Fund (DDF) is inviting reputable Companies for the supply of Tips Trucks and Road
Construction Equipment on an as and when required basis. The Tip Trucks and Road Construction
Equipment will be hired for roads construction and maintenance on DDF roads throughout the country
on prescribed Plant and Equipment Hire Rates by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural
Development dated 20th August 2021. Interested bidders should collect tender documents upon
payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ZWL $1,000.00 per tender from Office No. 21, 18th Floor
Mukwati Building, Corner 5th and Livingstone Avenue, Harare
Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly endorsed on the outside with Tender No. and
hand delivered on or before 27nd April 2022 at 1000 am to:

The following Mandatory documents must be attached:
a) Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
b) CR14 or list of Directors issued by Company Registry.
c) Company Profile.
d) Bid Bond
e) Bidders must complete and submit the following forms of tender together with the
tender-Form A, Form B, Form C and Form D
f) Must be registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the
correct category
g) A copy of Spoc Administration Fee
h) Ownership Certificates for the machines
i) Nssa Compliance Certificate
j) At least 6 tender documents
k) The contractor shall effect insurance acceptable to Government and provide
Government with proof of having done so.
