an initiative of M/s DBB Worldwide Private Limited against any claim(s), damage, loss, etc., that
may arise during my pet(s) relocation. I/We clearly understand the challenge and the risk factor
involved and therefore, take full responsibility of my pet(s) relocation by appointing CARRY MY
PET – an initiative of M/s DBB Worldwide Private Limited for their pet relocation service. I/We

 Terms and Conditions

Advance Notice:
Please call to arrange your Pet's move as soon as you have your dates. We require 7-10 day
notice for all Domestic / International transfers. Should these time frames not be possible,
please call promptly and we will arrange an expedited move if possible. Rush moves may be
accommodated for additional fees.

Payment:
We require payment in full prior to making airline reservations, sending documents or crates
by mail, retaining service through our agents, or Carry My Pet taking possession of your Pet.
Please acknowledge this estimate and do share your UTR details for faster payment confir-
mation in order to start the booking process. Carry My Pet cannot process requests until
payment is received. All payment shall be made to DBB Worldwide official company
account. Payment made to any other account apart from company account will not be
treated as a legal transaction and company is not liable for any such transactions.

Liability and Responsibility:

Even though Carry My Pet takes a great number of details into consideration when planning
your Pet's move, unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. We
cannot guarantee against illness, injury, or escape at any time, due diligence having been
taken. We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention with the vet of our choice and such
expenses shall be paid promptly by the owner of the Pet(s) regardless of nature. We support
the airlines and kennel facilities that we choose, but once your Pet is in their hands, we have
no further control and assume no responsibility. We do guarantee to handle your Pet(s) in
the professional and safe manner that our years of experience can provide.

Refund & Cancellation
Domestic: Full amount would be refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of
the relocation time. If the booking is cancelled before 48 hours of the relocation time, an
amount of Rs 1500 and any expenses incurred by the company would be charged and
deducted from the amount.

International:
Export : If the booking is cancelled, an amount of Rs 5000 and any expenses incurred by the
company would be charged and deducted from the amount

Import : If the import booking gets cancelled no amount will be charged to the customer
except any operational expense incurred by the company during the working if any.

Cancellation :
There is no charge for cancellation if it is done prior to us making arrangements with the
airlines or our agents. After we have begun making arrangements the cancellation charge is
our administration fee and service availed during the arrangements.

Media & Communication:

I grant permission to Carry My Pet to take photographs and videos of my pet during reloca-
tion process and share the same with me to ensure the safe keeping of the pet. Carry My Pet
owns the right for the images and videos clicked during the relocation and can use it in the
company publications online and offline, such as newsletters, social media and brochures
and banners.

Arbitration Clause
Any Dispute which is not resolved amicably, shall be finally decided by reference to arbitra-
tion. Such arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Haryana court in accordance
with the provision of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the language of arbitra-
tion proceedings shall be in English.

There shall be the committee of Arbitrators which shall be appointed composed of one
Arbitrator to be nominated by the institute, one to be nominated by the Contractor and the
third Arbitrator who will act as a chairman to be chosen jointly by the two nominees. The
decision of majority of arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.

Disclosure of Confidential Information:

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may be required to disclose your
confidential information, including but not limited to your name, address, contact informa-
tion, Government ID details, and shipment details, to airlines, customs, banks, and other
government bodies as per the requirement of the shipment. We will only disclose such
information to the extent necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and comply with applica-
ble laws and regulations.

 Acceptance of Proposal

Please Note:
All Estimates are based on the original services requested. Any additional services requested or
required will incur additional expense. There are several circumstances that can occur that will
result in increased cost. Some examples include: additional days of boarding required (as a result
of owner request, airline embargo, weather, airline cancellation or delay), Incompatible cargo,
additional trips to airport, additional time required for pickup and/or delivery (as a result of airline
delays, weather, improper documentation), grooming (whether requested by owner or required
for Pet's comfort), inadequate documentation (could result in additional boarding, additional
costs to obtain proper documents which may include vaccinations if proper proof is not provid-
ed), and any Veterinarian attention deemed necessary by us.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Pet Insurance is not included.
