- Project 1: Bancassurance Sales Optimization
Assisted in market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences in the bancassurance
sector. Collaborated with the Strategic team to analyze customer demographics and segmentation. Worked
closely with the Territory Director to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to the identified target
markets. Analyzed sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the project's impact.
Result: Sales result increased 40% YoY.

- Project 2: Bancassurance Sales Agent Training Program

Assisted in the research of industry best practices and innovative training methods. Assisted in the
development of a structured, learner-centric training curriculum for new agents. Participated in the
training of new bancassurance sales agents, both in classroom settings and virtually.
Result: 18/18 agents passed the evaluation exam hosted by the Compliance Department.

- Lead project teams of 4 people, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project plan. Monitored
