    Dear Hon. Ramos:

    Greetings!

    All Saints’ Day is a Catholic solemnity in honor of all the Saints of the church celebrated
    annually on the 1st day of November.

    The Immaculate Conception Parish will be conducting a ‘Parade of Saints’ on the 31st day
    of October, 2022. This activity is intended to spread the knowledge that All Saints’ Day is
    intended for the commemoration of our Saints and in invoking them to help us and not a day
    acting as demons and other scary characters.

    In line with this, I am asking from your good office, the permission for us to conduct this
    event. We will be using the same route as of the Holy Week and other processions for the
    procession of our live Saints. We would also like to request for the presence of our Police
    Officers who would be of great help in maintaining peace and order for the said activity.

    I am hoping for your positive response with regards to this matter.
