Greetings with peace and goodness!

In connection with the celebration of the Misa de Gracia/Thanksgiving Mass of Rev. Fr. Nicolas
Tumbucon Cientos II, a newly ordained priest from Municipality of Manapla, the Saint Francis of
Assisi Parish, Old Poblacion, Escalante City as one of the assigned parish during his pastoral
formation is set to conduct a Caravan for this celebration which is slated on December 29, 2022
at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

This activity will start with a kick-off motorcade from the Parish Plaza of Saint Francis of Assisi
Parish, Old Poblacion going around the vicinity of the City of Escalante and back to Saint Francis
of Assisi Parish. Hence, we would like to request in your good office the Traffic Personnels under
your management to assist us on the above-mentioned slate to ensure smooth and organized
flow of the activity and to whatever assistance your organization can render us in good faith.
