Dear Fr. Vic,

Greetings in St. Anthony!

The Junior Choir under the Music Ministry will be having a team building activity in celebration
of its 24th anniversary. The said activity is on the 18 th and 19th of July, and it will be held at a
private resort in Laguna.

In line with this, we are requesting the L300 vehicle of the parish to be used as transportation of
the group. The group will provide the driver and the usage of the vehicle will be overnight. Rest
assured that if permitted, we will be taking good care of the vehicle and we shall maintain its
cleanliness.
