Greetings of Peace!

The Ministry of Altar Servers is an organization of young men serving as a sacristan in

the Shrine of Our Lady of Aranzazu.

As the Escuelas de Sacristan Batch 43 accomplish their 6-month training, the EDS will
be conducting its Installation on November 25, 2023 (Saturday) 4:00PM-10:00PM. The
aim of this activity is to celebrate their achievement, recognize those who excel and
commence a new journey.

With that, we would humbly ask for your permission to allow us to use the NSDAPS
Gymnasium as the venue on the said date and time. Rest assured that the cleanliness
will be observed.
