Subject: Maintenance of Industrial Peace Incentive (MOIPI) Award from

October 01, 2022 to September 30, 2023

1. The Managing Director is pleased to approve payment of captioned award to

all permanent staff employees, who were on FFC payroll on October 01, 2022 and
continued to be on permanent payroll as aforesaid on September 30, 2023.

2. The eligible employees are entitled to payment of four months basic pay (as
admissible on September 30, 2023 I last Basic Pay whi'thever is applicable) plus CLA
(CLA I to XI)

3. However, in case of deceased, newly inducted and retired employees payment

will be made on monthly pro-rata basis. Payment of MOl PI to employees who have
availed sanctioned leave without pay wil be made as heretofore.

4. Please ensure payment of the captioned award to all eligible employees

alongwith their salary of September 2023.
