● Subject clarification.

➢ English is a first and common subject for all students.

➢ Rest four subjects you had already chosen at the time of admission.
1. For Science students, the subjects were Physics, Chemistry,
Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science & Physical
Education.
2. For Commerce students, the subjects are Accountancy,
Business Studies, Economics and Entrepreneurship.

➢ The 6th optional subject is compulsory for all students of Class XI.
The subject is Painting.

Why is the 6th optional subject compulsory?

6th Optional subject is a value addition subject given to all the
students to help them score better.

So by chance, if a child performs badly in Physics and scores 85 on

Class XII boards, this score won't be considered in percentage
calculation, and the score in painting which is 95 will be
considered—hence giving the child a chance to score 2% more
without much effort. The percentage in the best five subjects is
consolidated while calculating the result unless it is specified by some
organisations as per their need.

So the 6th option has been given to the students for their well-being,
ensuring that the least additional pressure is put on them. Students
have been passing out with a good score for years together, keeping
6th optional.
NOTE: Classes for 6th Optional will be arranged at the time of need
most probably towards the end of Class XII and the school will take
care of that subject. Students need to focus on their core subjects now.

● Scan & upload the latest passport-size photo of the student in school
uniform with the computerised name of the student and current date (any
date on or before September 8th, 2023). Make sure the photo background
should be in white. Kindly click on the link for your reference;

● All uploads should be in good clarity in PDF format.

● The spelling of the student, father, and mother names should tally with the
name in Xth Board Marksheet/ Board Certificate.

● The DOB of the student should tally with the Xth Board Marksheet or
Board certificate

● Before filling in any data, kindly read the description thoroughly.

● Carefully fill in all data as any further claims to change or rectify will not
