CLASS XI (COMMERCE) ADMISSION NOTICE

(MEANT FOR STUDENTS OF KV AND NON-KV STUDENTS FOR SESSION 2023-2024)

1. Collec on of registra on form from Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Balasore is from 13.06.2023 to
18.06.2023 from security point at GATE NO-I.
2. Last date for the submission of filled in registra on form is 18.06.2023, before 5 P.M. drop in the
specified box meant for COMMERCE stream at security point GATE NO-I.
3. No date of extension will be allowed for submission of filled in registra on form a er closing
date.
4. Change of stream as well as change of subject will not be allowed a er submission of registra on
form.
5. Students selected for admission must provide –
a T.C issued by the last ins tute.
b Migra on Cer ficate, if studied from other than CBSE.

c Conduct / Character Cer ficate.

6. Self-a esta on and signature by parent must be done in registra on form, mark sheet of CLASS-
X and Caste cer ficate (SC, ST, CBC) if any.
7. Cer ficate of PH (Divyang) is to be produced with op on form if any.
8. Students who have par cipated in games and sports meet at SGFI/Na onal/Regional level,
should furnish the said documents with registra on form.
8. Students who have par cipated in NCC and obtained "A" cer ficate, par cipa on in Republic
Day/PM Rally/" A" cer ficate and best cadet in District/State level cer ficate should furnish the
document with registra on form.
9. Students, who have taken part in Adventure Ac vi es at Regional/District level at least one 10
days Adventure ac vi es, should produce the document with registra on form.
10. Registra on form is also available in our school website. You may also take the print out of the
registra on form and deposit form a er filling it up in the school.
11. Hardcopy of recent passport size photograph in school uniform must be pasted in appropriate
place of the registra on form.
12. Informa on related to admission for class-XI will be available in school announcement sec on of
websites (balasore.kvs.ac.in), school Facebook and school no ce board.
13. Merit lists of the students will be published on 19/06/2023.

15. Students must produce the service cer ficate with transfer details of their parents.
