Efficient Manufacturing Operations: Manage and lead the day-to-
day operations of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring all manufacturing and production jobs are completed in accordance with the build plan and meet on-time delivery agreements. 1. Efficient Production Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day production operations of the pad manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes and optimal utilization of resources. 2. On-time Delivery: Ensure that manufacturing jobs are completed and delivered according to agreed-upon schedules, meeting clients expected on-time delivery agreements. 3. Production Capacity Management: Effectively manage production capacity to meet demand, considering factors such as staff holidays, absences, and other resource constraints, while maintaining high productivity levels. 4. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations for finished products, implementing rigorous quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production operations, streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and increase overall efficiency. 6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient stock control, and timely replenishment. 7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff, implementing appropriate safety measures, and conducting regular safety inspections. 8. Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, empowering them to perform at their best and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 9. PPC Overview: Provide an overview of the production plan, manpower utilization plan, rejection rates, overall effectiveness, and action planning. 10. Accurate Reporting: Ensure all reports are submitted timely, prepared by, checked by, and finally approved by the production manager. 11. Cleanliness: Ensure your production area is clean and free of garbage. 12. Proper Material Segregation: Properly segregate materials after each shift and cross-check by the production manager. 13. SOP Compliance: Ensure that work is done according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proper systems. 14. M-3 Accountability: Account for Material, Maintenance, and Manpower arrangement, as well as on-the-job training within production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time Delivery: Maintain a minimum of 95% on-time delivery rate. Production Capacity Management: Maintain factory capacity at 90% or higher throughout the year, considering staff holidays, absences, and other factors. Production Efficiency: Increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by 5% annually through process improvements and effective resource allocation. Quality Assurance: Achieve a minimum of 98% quality compliance rate based on internal and external quality audits. Team Development and Performance: Conduct and document Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) for all direct reports on a quarterly basis. Provide training opportunities to employees and maintain a record of completed and updated training modules. Continuous Improvement: Implement at least two process improvement initiatives per quarter, resulting in measurable efficiency gains. Leadership and Communication: Conduct weekly production meetings with manufacturing team members. Foster a positive work culture and maintain a high employee satisfaction rate. Cost Management: Optimize costs and deliver required profit margins to the business. Report to upper management on necessary reports from the three departments: production, maintenance, and quality. R&D (Research and Development) Head: 1. Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a clear innovation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and market trends. 2. Product Development: Oversee the development of new products, technologies, and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. 3. Research Planning: Define research priorities, allocate resources, and manage budgets for R&D projects. Machine Maintenance Head: 1. Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement a maintenance strategy that ensures optimal equipment performance and uptime. 2. Routine Maintenance: Plan and execute routine maintenance tasks such as inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration. 3. Breakdown Management: Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. 4. Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability for timely repairs. 5. Maintenance Schedule: Create and manage maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected breakdowns and ensure regular servicing. 6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with equipment suppliers and external maintenance providers for quality service and support. 7. Training: Provide training to maintenance technicians and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Performance Monitoring: Utilize data and metrics to monitor equipment performance and identify optimization opportunities. 9. Budget Management: Effectively manage the maintenance budget and find cost-efficient solutions for repairs and upgrades. Quality Head: Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistent product/service quality. Quality Control: Establish quality control measures to monitor and verify that products/services meet specified standards. Quality Standards: Define quality standards, specifications, and requirements in line with industry regulations and customer expectations. Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and address the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of quality-related processes, procedures, and reports.
