health and safety regulations and promote a safe working
environment for all production staff, implementing appropriate
safety measures, and conducting regular safety inspections.
8. Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the production
team, empowering them to perform at their best and fostering a
culture of continuous learning and improvement.
9. PPC Overview: Provide an overview of the production plan,
manpower utilization plan, rejection rates, overall effectiveness,
and action planning.
10. Accurate Reporting: Ensure all reports are submitted
timely, prepared by, checked by, and finally approved by the
production manager.
11. Cleanliness: Ensure your production area is clean and free
of garbage.
12. Proper Material Segregation: Properly segregate
materials after each shift and cross-check by the production
manager.
13. SOP Compliance: Ensure that work is done according to
standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proper systems.
14. M-3 Accountability: Account for Material, Maintenance,
and Manpower arrangement, as well as on-the-job training
within production
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 On-time Delivery: Maintain a minimum of 95% on-time
delivery rate.
 Production Capacity Management: Maintain factory capacity
at 90% or higher throughout the year, considering staff holidays,
absences, and other factors.
 Production Efficiency: Increase overall equipment
effectiveness (OEE) by 5% annually through process
improvements and effective resource allocation.
 Quality Assurance: Achieve a minimum of 98% quality
compliance rate based on internal and external quality audits.
