Emphasis is given on regulations and decrees from different authorities,

Entry qualifications
Participants must have had a DP Basic/Induction course and a
minimum of 30 days documented DP practice (or the equivalent).
A valid STCW certificate (II-1, II-2, III-3, Deck or III-1, III-2, III-3,
engine) has to be presented.
