The National Mall is in the center
of Washington, D.C. The Capitol building
is at the top of the National Mall. The
White House looks out over the Mall.
The National Mall is an important meeting
place. People watch the inauguration of the
President of the United States from the Mall.
Many people come to the Mall to watch
fireworks on July 4. People also get together to
speak for or against things they are concerned
about as Americans.

Conclusion
The Arlington Memorial Bridge brings

of America’s soldiers are buried in Arlington
cemetery.
National Mall is a memorial to America’s

Thomas Jefferson and St. Louis. Jefferson
